The property was well maintained. Unit was perfect for what we were looking for. Owner was very responsive when we needed to contact her and very sweet. We ended up needing to extend our stay and it was easy to do.

Just a short distance out of Baxley

I try to avoid the hotel crowds when possible and these units have served me well on recent overnight stays for work in Baxley.

Works well for me

I can only say that for me personally I find the seclusion yet proximity to Baxley for work, the cleanliness and quietness (as compared to crowded hotel parking lots and kids bouncing around in rooms overhead or screaming down hallways) quite compelling. Everyone has the opportunity to converse with hosts and ask questions or get more pictures of any listing. I like to support people trying to do a thing, and I’m not unhappy with my stay and I do travel a fair bit.

Good and bad.

The size was a little miss leading. I emailed the owner before purchase, concerned about the size. I was very specific about having 3 grown men that needed thier own comfortable sleeping space. She assured me they would be accomadated. We ended up leaving 3 days early with no offer of reembersment. My employees had to go rent another 2 motel rooms in town to sleep comfortably. Other then that it is a nice area for a outdoor woods getaway. And a good price for a couple or one person.

Surprised to say the least!

I was supposed when I arrived to discover I had rented half of a mobile home in the middle of no where! Dirt driveway with it raining. First time I every saw or used a combination coffee pot, griddle and toaster oven. The sofa bed was hard as a rock could use a good cleaning. When I left the morning my truck was covered in Cat tracks from the cat loving neighbor. Last time ever renting without a pylhyical address being supplied at time of purchase.
