Our first floor apartment accommodates up to 5 guests. We are a 5 minute drive to Niagara Falls, NY & 5 minute drive to Rainbow Bridge Canada. Enjoy Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds and The Outlets of Niagara Falls, all are 2 miles from our home and we are in the heart of Little Italy! Free parking. There are several casual diners, fast food restaurants and one of the best pizza parlors in NY, LaHacienda!! We have everything you'll need within 2 miles of our home. Minutes to ALL Niagara Falls! Welcome traveling medical personnel! Very close to Niagara Falls Memorial Hospital (3 minutes) and Mount St. Mary's Hospital (11 minutes). We are known for our beautiful hiking parks, museums for adults and children, beach, fishing, Aquarium, Old Fort Niagara, Buffalo Zoo, wineries, breweries, foodies, festivals, Herschel Carousel, chocolate factory, kayaking, jet boats, Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, Lockport Locks, and ziplining. Walk over the bridge to get there faster than driving. This is a vacation to be made for everyone! We offer a loyalty program to returning guests.

Extra sleeping pillows and blankets are provided as well as a rollaway bed (ask for the rollaway or pak n play in advance).
Please use SIDE entrance. Just a quick note before your arrival: Niagara Falls is a beautiful and historic city, but like many older cities, some areas—especially outside the tourist zones—can show signs of economic hardship and may not appear as well-kept.
That said, our home is clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet area with friendly neighbors. It’s a great home base for exploring the Falls and surrounding attractions.
The neighborhood is a typical tourist city and Niagara Falls as a whole, is a very poor city. Neighbors respect one another. Downtown area of Niagara Falls has its issues, but our area is quiet and everyone respects each other's privacy and respects one another. We have owned our home for 40 years and have made many wonderful memories as have our guests. If you are looking for a glamorous place, our home is not for you. Our hardwood floors are old and creak, so we ask that shoes not be worn inside to help reduce noise. We have purposely decorated using midcentury modern furniture to match the era of our home. Our place is clean and quiet. We have new appliances, mattresses, carpet, and use very nice linens. We want you to feel comfortable in our home and make wonderful memories. Please be our guest!
