Luxurious Family Villa with Private Pool, Nestled in Cairns' Tropical Paradise
Nestled in one of Cairns premier suburbs against the tropical backdrop of Mount Whitfield, this beautiful, spacious villa mixes stylish luxury with practicality to create the perfect getaway. Boasting 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this is the perfect holiday escape for an extendedfamily, or friends seeking a relaxing weekend away. This villa features huge open-plan living, dining and socialising areas, plus a generous pool to compliment the warmer climate - so it’s perfect for small groups!
We injected a little bit of 'luxury’ into this awesome, practical family home, to make it perfect for fun-loving families. The gardens have been beautifully landscaped with a nod to our rain forest surroundings - designed to make the perfect backdrop for relaxing on the patio, swimming in the gorgeous pool, or simply enjoying a drink on the sun loungers at the poolside.
Children are really well catered for here. They’ll love the large swimming pool, and enjoy the books, Netflix movies and games, all available on site. There’s even a tree house/climbing frame - so they’ll be too busy having fun to get bored!
Facilities and Supplies
We provide super fast unlimited WiFi, Netflix, a family BBQ and all the comforts you'd want on a family getaway.
The large kitchen is surrounded by huge indoor and outdoor entertaining areas. All these areas are open plan with bi-fold windows and doors to enable you to enjoy the balmy tropical breeze.
There are four well appointed bedrooms, which are all fully air conditioned for your comfort, as well as being fitted with soothing ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a king bed plus an en suite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. Additionally, there are two generous double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom, plus a large twin-bedded room.
Strictly no parties, no events, no late night noise and drinking. This is a quiet family neighbourhood with sensitive elderly neighbours.
During your stay, you will have complete private access to the property, pool and grounds. If you have any queries or there’s anything you need while you’re with us, we are only a phone call away.

Whitfiled is around 5k from the city center located next to Mount Whitfield Conservation park. Just a few minutes drive away, you have the neighboring suburb of 'Edge Hill' where you will find a bounty of cafe's and restaurants. Mount Whitfield itself offers visitors some popular walking trails and wildlife. Two linked circuit tracks lead energetic visitors up the forested slopes to lookouts which provide views of Cairns city and suburbs, Trinity Bay, the rich, green, coastal mangrove forests lining the Barron River, the airport and the northern beaches.
I would strongly suggest a car rental, however the Cairns city centre can be reached in around 40 minutes using public transport. You can jump on a ten minute bus to neighbouring suburb Edge Hill and popular Cafes and Restaurants.

We also have an in-house travel agency, Cozie Travel, with local travel experts that have a wealth of experience booking a wide range of tours, both within Cairns and all over Australia.

Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call out fee, if required.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined.
