The villa is located on the Caravelle peninsula which is a nature reserve with its mangrove, its beautiful and calm beaches for families and the most beautiful surf spot in Martinique. You will also discover superb hikes on the seaside. The village of Tartane is a typical fishing village with all the essential amenities and entertainment for the holidays.

Family Vacation at Martinique * Lots of Fun

We took our family to Martinique for the Christmas holiday and used the villa as a travel base. The house was perfect for our visit. The rooms we large, beds were comfortable and the view of the bay...beautiful. The villa is 10 minutes from prime surfing, 1 hour from the airport, 1.5 hours from the southern & Caribbean beaches, 40 minutes from Mt Pele and centrally located to lots of Rhum distilleries :-). Our host communicated well with us, helping us stock the kitchen with provisions and assisted us with our check-in. Our family really enjoyed the visit to Martinique and we look forward to returning for family trip #2. RIchard Bracken Atlanta, Georgia USA

Très belle maison, spacieuse et agréable avec une superbe vue et l'eau sous les fenêtres, mais pour autant pas d'accès direct car ramassis d'algues à proximité directe. Long chemin sans issue peu carrossable pour y accéder, dont l'accotement était sale... Dommage

Villa très agréable et très bien équipée. Nous sommes venus à 3 couples et chacun a pu trouver son espace d'intimité. Situation exceptionnelle, baignade à tout moment. Très calme, le clapotis de la mer, le doux chant des oiseaux et les moustiques n'ont pas osé venir nous déranger. Paysages de rêve. Juste à côté, nature sauvage très accessible. Que du bonheur !!!! Possibilité d'acheter du poisson, langoustes etc... péché sur place à Tartane à des prix intéressants par les pêcheurs locaux. Convivialité, douceur de vivre.

Maison très agréable, bien équipée et formidablement bien située en bord de mer avec une vue superbe sur la baie de Tartane. l'accueil a été parfait. Que du bonheur et aucun regret si ce n'est celui de n'avoir pas pu rester une semaine de plus au moins. merci.

BELLE LOCATION QUI CORRESPOND AU DESCRIPTIF

Nous étions 6 adultes et une enfant de 5 ans. Nous avons passé 15 jours dans une location spaceuse et confortable. Que de mieux que de prendre ses repas sur la terrasse face à la mer.Le rêve au mois de janvier. Nous attendions le soleil se lever derrière la colline. Merveilleux, cette baie toujours changeante. La nuit les grenouilles ne manquent pas de nous accompagner mais c'est la Martinique..avec pour compensation le soleil et la mer. Peties remarques : prévoir des moustiquaires dans toutes les chambres.et des volets dans les 2 chambres qui donnent derrière la maison. Comme nous faisions beaucoup de barbecu. Prévoir plus d'ustensiles. A revoir les gilets de sauvetages pour le canoë. Je recommanderai la location à des amis. Pour les furturs vacanciers n'hésitez pas de commander vos repas chez"ROSE HELENE" à Tartane pour 12 € voir le guide du routard. Le poisson aux pêcheurs et la langouste Je recommande cette location; Dom Nic Aude Rose

grande maison meublee avec gout ;assez grande nous etions 7 . endroit calme tout est accessible a pied; les leves de soleil sont magiques rien a signaler a part quelque moustiques dehors ;on a mis des prises a l interieur ;et le champs des(grenouille)"cigouilles "la nuit(c partout dans l ile)mais on s habitue vite.....C si beau,nous reviendrons

Fabuleuses vacances authentiques

La propriétaire et l'agence de location sont extrêmement réactives, agréables, et arrangeantes. La maison est très bien située : dans un village de pêcheur agréable et loin des endroits "à touristes", avec une plage superbe : içi au moins l'on se sent vraiment en Martinique. La situation dans l'île est aussi assez pratique pour se ballader un peu partout La maison est propre, très fonctionnelle et agréable. L'indispensable y est... le superflu aussi : merci pour les guides et renseignements ! Les seuls bémols : beaucoup de moustiques, et 1 seule chambre (sur les 3) équipée d'une moustiquaire : il faut donc s'équiper à fond de produits ! un matériel parfois fragile...1 tabouret et 1 chaise qui cassent ! Mais l'énorme plus : le kayak, qui a fait le bonheur des plus jeunes ! A noter aussi la proximité d'une excellente adresse pour déjeuner : Mamy Nounou, à l'hôtel La Caravelle, juste après le village de Tartane. Je recommande cette adresse !

Nous avons été très bien accueilli à la villa et la dame a été très accommodante à nos demandes spéciales. Situé dans un quartier tranquille et près de la plage/village de Tartane. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et on n'hésitera pas à y retourner.
