Summary:
Leave the technology at home and pack the car with all your beach goodies and golf clubs. This house is a terrific home for a family, extended family and friends to enjoy a holiday together. And with so many tourist attractions on the Fleurieu Peninsula you won’t find a shortage of things to do.

The property overlooks the golf course and is located just minutes to the white sands and rolling waves of the popular Goolwa Beach where you’ll be able to swim, surf or 4WD along to find your own private spot for the day. The river is also just minutes away where you’ll find waterfront cafés, the yacht club, picnic area and a children’s playground.

The upper level has a large open plan dining, lounge room and games room, spacious kitchen adjoining the large meals area that will accommodate at least 14. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms and one ensuite.

Adjacent to the pool room is a sunny deck- with views of the lush grounds of the golf course. A convenient set of stairs from the deck area leads down to the fully fenced yard which is another great area for the kids to play.

The lower level has a laundry and outdoor undercover BBQ area. Ample car-parking is available with room for a boat too.

You’ll be just minutes to all shopping amenities, cafes, restaurants, golf course, markets, bike trails and the local townships of Middleton and Port Elliot. Your holiday can be as adventure filled or as relaxing as you like.

Great getaway

It was a great house in a fantastic location. Close to Woolworths and the beach. It was as displayed and fit all 8 of us comfortably. Would definitely stay there again.
