Welcome to 21 Corcoran Avenue, this holiday home is modern and a near new home with stunning views of Goolwa Beach. This two storey home has a spacious floor plan which the whole family will love. Even better this home is situated within walking distance to Goolwa Beach where you can swim, body board, surf, go for a walk or fishing!

Formal living area. With plenty of seating area and a TV. This is a perfect space for the children to play and relax. Glass sliding doors leading out to the rear garden.

Third Bedroom with a Queen size Bed and a chest of drawers
Fourth Bedroom with a queen size bed and a chest of drawers.
Fifth Bedroom with two sets of bunk beds as well as a single bed with a trundle pull out
Modern Main Bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet. Large size vanity area.
Separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

Open plan, living, dining and kitchen area. Two Stunning undercover decked areas. Front deck north facing is a perfect area to soak up the sun and enjoy a BBQ. Southern facing deck to enjoy the sea breeze and ocean views with a glass of wine what a perfect space.

Great house..

Great home, lots of space, lovely yard, close walk to beach and beach side cafe. Had a lovely time with friends and family. Only negative was dirty trays left the oven and surfaces could of been a touch cleaner.

The house was not clean especially the balcony and the original BBQ is an insult to potential tenant

Whitegoods dishwasher washing machine and dryer did not work The house layout is great as are the bathrooms just need to paint clean and replace whitegoods

Disappointing

While the location and house set up was nice however everything else was disappointing. There were so many items you had to bring yourself (towels, bin bags, toilet paper), to check in and check out you had to take keys back to a central location (everywhere I’ve stayed have lock boxes) and the hot water didn’t work for 24 hours. This impacted 10 people (including an infant) having showers.
