Located across the street from Leadbetter Beach and Shoreline Park, you’ll be mere steps from one of Santa Barbara’s most popular surf spots and family beaches. Walk a tiny bit farther and you’re in the Harbor with a ton of dining and activity options next to Santa Barbara’s cozy West Beach neighborhood.

This single-story Paradise Retreats Santa Barbara home is situated on the bluff above Shoreline Drive with an incredible view of the Channel Islands, beach, harbor, and beyond. The mid-century style abounds with peaked ceilings, large views, and wide open spaces. Three Bedrooms offer deluxe Queen beds and one Bedroom has two twin beds. The focal point is the fully enclosed lanai, complete with a lounge, private hot tub, outdoor heater, and 180 degree ocean views.

I wouldn't even know where to start explaining what a prime spot and beautiful across-the-street view of the ocean. It's huge inside with basically a whole suite on one side. Perfect spot!!

Property is as advertised - great location into downtown Santa Barbara (a nice walk or a very short drive), a well-serviced house (that had all the necessary 'stuff" for our stay, and solid (and timely) communication with the property manager ... with a view that's hard to beat!
