Enjoyed the recreation and events, concerts and dancing.

We like visiting with the owner prior to entering the home. This was helpful to prepare for any items we may need. Conveniently located to the Cimmaron activity area. If an event/concert was sold out the activity center was helpful in getting information to be placed on the waiting list. We gained tickets to most of the events by getting on a waiting list.

Sun City Grand is an active 45+ community with several golf courses and community events. There’s always something going on here. The fitness centers are state of the art. 2 community heated pools.

What makes this property unique

Our home is beautifully furnished with 3 bedrooms, large kitchen, 2 living rooms, Office, and a formal dining area. Situated on a quiet road, no neighbors behind the house, which gives a very private setting. Large covered patio with a built in gas grill, and water feature. Plenty of outdoor seating.
