We quickly out grew this home once kids started coming into the picture ;)
We love everything about this home and what it represents!!
We flipped it to rent right as Covid-19 started to take over the US...we were a little discouraged, but everything came back around.
Well, like i said we have 2 kids and they helped us flipped this home!!
It was a great family memory we will always cherish!

This neighborhood was and is exactly where my husband wanted to raise his kids.
It's off the beaten path, quiet and just gorgeous back here!!
Only 3 miles from the beach, walmart and many grocery stores, etc its a perfect location!

What makes this property unique
The Ivy House is just shy of 2 acres and buts up to the creek and sound.
The back deck is perfect for watching sunsets; through some trees, but still just as gorgeous.
