Imóvel de acordo com a fo

O condomínio é muito bom, seguro e muito bem organizado, contudo, se for se hospedar sem carro vai ser longe do acesso a praia! Idosos e pessoas com problemas de mobilidade não recomendo a locação pois, não é acessível! Pipa como um todo não é um lugar de praia acessível tudo é longe e desconfortável pra caminhar! Idosos, deficientes, obesos reflitam bem antes de viajar pra lá ! De modo geral o flat é um lugar excelente pra casais curtir silêncio e descansar!

Excelente estadia

A experiência com o flat foi perfeita. A dona do imóvel (Denise) além de muito cordial está sempre disponível para tirar dúvidas e orientar acerca do apartamento e da cidade de Pipa. Desde o momento que alugamos o flat até sairmos do apartamento tivemos o total apoio dela e de sua funcionária Marinete. O imóvel é extremamente bem cuidado, possui todos os utensílios e objetos domésticos necessários e em ótimo estado de conservação. A localização é boa, pois está próxima a praia do amor e cerca de 15 minutos a pé do centro. Recomendo o Flat de olhos fechados a todos que estiverem interessados. Aproveito para agradecer novamente a Denise e a Marinete por tamanha educação e preocupação conosco.

FLATA MARAVILHOSO

Todos amaram o flat, muito confortável e com tudo que precisamos, não nos faltou nada. Não tenho nada a reclamar sobre o flat, realmente ele é perfeito. Apenas foi um pouco difícil a entrada inicial no condomínio, mas por falta de organização deles. Prontamente a Denise (proprietária) e a Marinete (senhora que nos recebeu e faz a organização/limpeza do flat) nos atendeu para entrarmos. Denise passou uma lista com dicas ótimas, que ajudou bastante. Muito solicita e atenciosa desde o momento inicial da reserva! Marinete também muito prestativa e gentil! AMAMOS o flat e se tivermos oportunidade com certeza voltaremos.
