My husband Tony and I have always dreamed of sailing around the world, and to make that dream a reality, we worked hard to build a rental portfolio that could support us financially. It wasn’t easy—we managed Tony’s air conditioning business while purchasing and renovating rundown properties. Most of the renovation work was done by us, and I learned a lot along the way, from tiling and painting to assembling cabinetry and using various electrical tools under Tony’s guidance.

We’ve lived in all of our apartments at different times, either during renovations or when returning from our sailing adventures, so we know them inside and out.

The apartment is a peaceful and cozy space designed for comfort. The couch is so inviting that you might find it hard to leave for bed! The dining table doubles as a convenient desk if you need to work or plan during your visit. The kitchen is compact yet well-equipped, featuring a full-sized fridge for your convenience.

There’s a large window that overlooks the back of the property. While it’s not a traditional scenic view, it’s lovely in spring when the greenery is in full bloom.
