Crystal Shores Unit 3, 200m from beach, dog friendly
Unit 3 is a newly renovated and refurbished one bedroom apartment with a gorgeous king size bed and all the necessary modern appliances to help you ease into holiday mode. The balcony is very spacious with stunning views of the ocean and comprises a 6 seater outdoor dinning table, a day bed and a BBQ. Feel free to bring your small dog on holiday with you and enjoy this sensational location. We warmly welcome those wanting to bring their small dogs on a holiday also. Dogs must be under 10kg.
Our apartment have very recently been transformed into a bright, spacious, airy one bedroom apartment, perfect for a couple or a small family. The interior incorporates high end design with relaxed, beachy comfort & there is a wonderful flow throughout the apartment from the back door to the beautiful balcony & day bed with ocean views of spectacular Sunshine Beach.
You will also have the use of a private lock up carport which will have room enough to store surfboards, kite surfers or stand up paddle boards alongside your car.
Long term booking enquiries for up to 3 months are welcome and subject to approval.
Other things to note: CLEANING: For any stay over 1 week we will require guests to have a clean and change of linen every 7 days. The cost will be $125 for one bedroom Units and $180 for the 3 bedroom Unit. In Peak holiday times the cost will be $140 for 1 bedroom units and $210 for the 3 bedroom unit.
PARKING: There is 1 car allowed on the premises per unit. Only Unit 4 will be allowed 2 cars, 1 can park in the locked garage and 1 can park along the front fence line.
PETS: Only dogs that are non shedding and under 10kg are allowed. Any other dogs/pets MUST get approval from the owners and will incur a one off cost of $50 once approved. Pets must be toilet trained to go outside and any damage from pets will be at owners expense.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Any stay over 2 weeks will need to pay a security deposit of $350 for the one bedroom units and $450 for the 3 bedroom unit. This will be refunded after departure and once the apartment has been assessed for missing items and any damages.
Cancellations due to government travel restriction relating to COVID 19 If the Queensland government should impose sudden lockdown and as such travel restrictions whereby the guest cannot, by law, travel to the booked destination, the booking shall be cancelled and the guest will be refunded the total amount already paid.

We love staying at Crystal Shores. The unit is spacious and comfortable and is perfectly located for catching up with friends in Sunshine Beach and Noosa.
Great location, close to all you need and the beach a stones throw from the unit. Beautiful sunny balcony to relax on, it’s perfect for a getaway to recharge.
It was very comfortable with lovely views and close to everything. Always appreciate being able to take my dog with me on holidays. Will definitely stay again!

Absolutely beautiful recently renovated property, fantastic for a couple with a small dog. Our fur baby loved the apartment and nearby dog friendly beach. We enjoyed the nearby cafe precinct and lovely well appointed property so close to the beach. Everything provided was such good quality and the communication with the owner was very prompt and helpful.

Such a beautifully appointed, stylish & very comfortable apartment just a stone’s throw from the beach, surf club, shops & cafes. Absolutely loved watching the full moon rise over the water from our balcony. Thank you for a very relaxing weekend away :)
Pros:
Easy check in process and an awesome location. Very close to the social hub of Sunshine Beach. The unit is nice and modern, clean and has some nice extras - Bluetooth Sonos speaker (for example).
Cons:
No ceiling fans made the living room quite warm first thing in the morning with the balcony facing east.
A box or two of tissues would be useful.
Very little clothes washing liquid available
Overall we would recommend you stay at this unit - great for couples on a break …
The unit has great views and all amenities needed as well as a beautiful sunny patio to relax on. Great location, close to the beach and lovely restaurants. Had a wonderful stay.

The apartment had a really great feel to it and was furnished beautifully. Great location with easy access to the beach and shops. Extremely easy check in process and everything I needed for my stay was provided.
Our stay was a long awaited break and the position of this apartment gave us the flexibility to either enjoy the activities on Hastings st with a short drive, or walk down to the surf club for a relaxing afternoon (stunning views - thank you for the recommendation!).
The place has everything you need to make yourself at home and I would happily visit again.
I loved the beautiful unit. It’s decor was outstanding with excellent finishes and appliances. The location for my little dog and I was perfect; just a stroll to great cafes, shops and the beach.

Well appointed, very clean and inviting property. It is in a great location, with lovely ocean views and within a 2 minute walk to lots of restaurants, bars, cafes and a general store. Even found a great hair dresser just down the road. We loved all the added touches that made it fell so much like a home away from home. We would highly recommend this property. The owners have put a lot of though into making it a special place to stay.
