アパートに宿泊しているような感覚で、必要なものは揃っていますし（使用感等とは別に）清潔感はあったので、オプションの１つとしては良いと思います。オペレーター経由のチェックインもユニークな経験でした。
部屋の階数を選べたらいいと思うのと、セキュリティ上仕方ないのかもしれませんが窓は殆どブロックされていたので部屋内の少し閉鎖的な感じは否めませんでした。とはいえ、ビジネスホテル等も窓は小さかったり、窓がない場所もあるかと思いますので、気にならない方は気にならないかもしれません。

システムも設備も充実しており、快適な環境でした
システムも設備も充実しており、快適な環境でした。周りの景観はリゾート地ではないので、景色を楽しむことが出来なかったです。アウトレットのための利用なので仕方ありません。たまたまです が、私達は、1階で、2階の利用者が3人の子供連れて、よるも朝もドタバタ音があり、気になりました。それがなければ大変満足です。ありがとうございました。

寝具、台所用品、食器など、清潔に管理されていて、清掃も完璧でした。
ただ、火気厳禁で花火やBBQ禁止なのが、残念。しかも、電話で確かめたのに、ホットプレートがあるというので、焼き肉の用意をして行ったにも関わらず、現地にはありませんでした。
小さな子供達が5人居たので、他人に迷惑をかけるのではないかといつも気を遣っているお嫁ちゃん達が一棟貸しなので、とても、リラックス出来たと喜んでいました。

清潔でとても居心地が良かった。
ホットプレートがあるとメールで来たので、そのつもりで食材の準備をしまが、実際は無かった。
勝浦で海水浴をしてそちらに宿泊したので、
洗濯機があって良かった。

コンビニやアウトレットモールが近く、立地はとてもよかったです。
ただ、利用時にラップの中身が空っぽでした。そのため仕方なくアルミで対処しました。事前に在庫の有無のチェックをしていただけると助かります。
あと特に寒い日だった為か、キッチンのある部屋は暖房をつけても終始寒かったです。特に足元が寒く、寒い日は厚手の靴下が必要です。

The check-in for foreigners was a little stressful because we pre-filled the check-in form online...
The check-in for foreigners was a little stressful because we pre-filled the check-in form online with our passports photos but they still demanded residence card/picture identification again at the apartment
And the constant alarm alerts made the stay a little more stressful than we would have loved it to be.
Overall a good stay but could be better
