For the traveler looking for efficiency:If price and location are the only reason you are shopping around for a place to stay, consider this vrbo. If you want amenities like a washer, dryer, and towels, look elsewhere. For me, I just needed to stay one night, so these were not necessary. Compared to the other place I stayed in athens, the water pressure was a crazy plus (it was better than most showers i’ve taken in the states, even). However, the water heater tank is very small, so the hot water runs out quickly unless you keep it near warm or don’t have the faucet running at full blast. The AC runs cold, the bathroom doesn’t have a great circulation though. Additionally, the water from the shower runs onto the floor, as it is a wet bathroom. I didn’t mind it, however about an hour after showering while using the restroom the bottom of my pants were damp (minor inconvenience). I saw another reviewer say this vrbo was not clean. That was not my experience, every surface i came into contact with felt like it was deep cleaned. The sheets were fresh, and the room gets pretty dark when the ac light is turned off (a big plus for me).The only recommendation i would have to the owner is to either get a larger water heater tank/tankless, and maybe some longer shower curtains. And complementary towels for the people who don’t want to bring them.The host was very accommodating with good communication, and was able to allow early entry at 11:15! This was necessary for me.
