Great place near the acropolis with plenty of restaurants in koukaki. Safe walking around at night. Plenty of hills, challenging with a stroller. Taxis available. Nice and spacious accomodation with sofa bed in large living room and bedroom. Bathroom is small and water will get all over the place. Use the mop. No blankets and tv does not work.

We arrived at this property after traveling 20 hours to get to Greece. We landed at 8am and I reached out to the property manager asking when we would get the code for our noon check in.No response.I continued to text and call throughout the morning and nothing. At 11:45am, we decided to walk over to the property. We got lucky that we met the person who was checking out and he provided us the keys-cleaning lady still needed to come.We sat inside and 10 minutes later, the cleaning lady showed up.I called Expedia and they said would call the owner.I then received a text advising that check in was at 3pm.I sent him the photo showing that it was listed as a 12pm check in.He said that was an error.I then advised him the cleaning lady told us the AC wasn’t working. He told us that if we weren’t happy, we could contact Expedia and be relocated.Great-I asked if we would get a refund and was told no if there was nothing wrong.I suppose he didn’t think the AC not working was an issue. After traveling over 20 hours, the last thing we wanted to do was find another property.Later that night, I texted the owner again about the AC and told him the tv’s were not working. No response. The next morning,I reached out to the property manager and advised them that we would be writing a review of the property.Keep in mind,I never heard from them the day before about check in. Here are issues and NO RESPONSE - AC, tv’s and dryer not working,no blankets for beds, bathroom floods when showering.
