This spacious studio condo is just a few minutes to Park City's historic Main Street and the Park City Mountain Resort. It has a has a fully equipped, updated kitchen. There is a comfortable queen bed, a raised queen self-inflatable queen air bed, and a large HD smart TV. There is a walk-out patio with seating. The building has a ramp for access and there are no stairs inside the condo.

The FREE shuttle picks up right outside and walking everywhere is convenient too. Being downtown and close to everything makes a stay in this home perfect for your group.

The Prospector Condos have a BRAND-NEW pool (open in Summer ONLY) and hot tub (year- round). There's a large common area with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs. SKI RENTALS LOCATED DIRECTLY ON PROPERTY (Ski ‘N See), AND 25% DISCOUNT AVAILABLE!

Check-in at the Prospector Condo Center is convenient and easy and open 24-hours.

The Prospector is located right next to the Union Pacific Rail Trail State Park, a 28-mile, high-elevation trail that follows Interstate 80, from the charming streets of Park City through the smaller communities of Wanship and Coalville to Echo Reservoir.

On property is the Silver Mountain Sports Club and Kids Cabin childcare (state licensed hourly) facility located in the Silver Mountain Sports Club (available Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm). Visitor and day passes available for purchase.

Moose Management is timely and helpful with communications regarding your trip. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy with an initial set up of items including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens. Space for Two
This was my first time staying in a studio. Plenty of space for me and my adult daughter. I didn't ready the amenities listing closely, so didn't realize there wasn't a dishwasher or laundry (which would have been nice, just not necessary). There was plenty of linens, dishes and kitchen ware.

Disaster
It wasn’t clean. There was a male membrane written in the window and when I notified the management, they said they don’t clean the windows. Carpet was dirty. There was toenails on the bathroom floor (not ours). We were locked out of our room a day before departure because they wrote the check out date wrong. Only a blackout curtain so you couldn’t open blinds unless you wanted everyone to see your business. Overall, horrible.

Disappointments
We had a very difficult time dealing with the management co to get the items and amenities that were advertised when we Rented the condo. We have stayed in another unit in this same complex and the experience was lovely. We would have booked there again but it was not available. We expected a similar experience. First of all it was advertised to sleep 4. The pull out sofa bed was Broken so we were told we would have a queen blow up mattress. We had a twin. Todd who is the only professional employee we dealt with did deliver a queen mattress When we arrived we had 4 towels , 2 hand towels and 4 wash clothes. The bathroom floor was very cold and we asked for a bathroom mats. We also went to hot tub and were told we had to use our condo towels. We Asked man co and were told we only get 1 towel each to use for our 6 day visit. I answered that was not sanitary to use same towel for hot tub and bath especially for 6 days. We also asked for another blanket for the blow up mattress . The floor was very cold and ended up using the brown blanket from closet under mattress for Warmth. We did get the blanket and floor mats. NOT towels When we arrived we had 1 roll of toilet tissue and 1 almost empty on the roll. 1 tissue box with only about 4 tissues... we asked for more and was told what we have is all we get. We only had 3 coffee mugs so had to ask for another and it was delivered . We kept hurting our feet along the carpet from the little nails or tacks used to install the carpet. It was painful and should be addressed. There is mold on the bathroom ceiling... do not believe the bathroom is vented properly. Needless to say this stay was not what we expected especially since we stayed in the same complex before and had a WONDERFUL experience.
