Recently renovated , cozy and spacious guest house, completely independent from main house with private entrance, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, full kitchen and living room. Conveniently located; 3 blocks from famous and historic Calle 8, only 2.5 miles from Downtown/Brickell, 3 miles from Wynwood, 3.5 miles from Cruise Terminals, 3.9 miles from Miami International Airport and 6 miles from South Beach.

Unit comes with wifi internet, 2 cable and Smart TVs (more than 200 channels available/Roku system) and air conditioning.

The kitchen is equipped with all you need to cook and dine, including an electric stove, microwave, rice cooker, coffee maker, toaster, blender, several pots, dishes and utensils.

Spacious bedroom separated from the living room, with a very comfortable Queen size bed. Super clean bed sheets and soft pillows. There is an office desk in case you need an area to work with your laptop.

No washer/dryer, but there is a coin loundry right on the corner.

The amenities include coffee, 2 bottles of water, soap, shampoo, body lotion and dental kit. You will also get clean towels.

Very nice and quiet neighborhood, between Little Havana and Coral Gables. Parking is free on the street. There are 3 major supermarkets (Publix, Sedanos & Presidente) walking distance.

This is a Great Property, I have stayed here twice. Once 2022 & 2023 I always stay here before I cruise out. I am also booked to stay here when I get back off the ship! May 7-9 It's just so convenient and JUST RIGHT for 2 ppl. Once again if you have kids or a party of more than 2 I cannot stress enough THIS IS NOT FOR YOU!! Really GREAT PLACE TO STAY for Couples or 2 Friends. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Spacious and comfortable however the bathroom was quite small. A little difficult to use toilet since sink is so close. No hand towels, no shower mat, no hand wash provided. Owner was a little rude when we asked questions how to enter property.

Stayed here for after surgery with my mother. Home had black mold, shower did not stay warm, slippery driveway after surgery. Host was not personal able or friendly. Did not feel welcomed here but if you need a place to stay for a night it’s not bad would not recommend after surgery or a longer stay.

Room had NO HOT WATER and air blower for hair DID NOT WORK. Worst place ever. Host refunded money to credit card I no longwr have. VRBO WORTHLESS.Says, Contact your bank. Ask for check.
