The house was an excellent find. Well stocked and thought out, even had some great items for a toddler/baby. Host was very attentive and added a personal touch with snacks and drinks (human & k-9 ). Downstairs patio area was a huge plus with the pool just a few steps away. Can’t wait to go back.

Family Spring Break Trip - March 2026

We had the pleasure of staying at this property for Spring Break, March 2026. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. Our Host Eva was absolutely amazing. The home felt like a home away from home. She took such wonderful care for us leaving us snacks, muffins and cold bottled water in the fridge. The main living area and master bedroom were beautifully decorated, warm and all the amenities of "home". The master bath had plenty of towels both for showering and extra beach towels for the pool / beach. The outdoor spaces on the 2nd floor deck and under the house were beach house themed with plenty of areas to sit and relax, grill, listen to music, watch a movie and play corn hole and other activities. We thoroughly enjoyed our time staying here and have memories of a life time. We also brought our puppy and there were plenty of walking areas around the home and complex. There was an area near the front of the complex by the pool area to dispose of our puppy's bags and obtain additional bags while on walks. Eva was very attentive to ensure our stay was incredible. I would 100% come back to this home on our next visit to the Rockport / Corpus Christi area. Thank you again Eva!

Nice little spot. House was clean, decorated nicely, and had everything you'd need and more. Kid-friendly, they loved all the games and toys. We were happy to find a few items in the fridge leftover from previous guests and the spice cabinet was fully stocked. The downstairs patio area was so nice, however we did not spend much time down there due to the mosquitos. They were very heavy during our stay; I'm sure the standing water nearby makes them difficult to control. The host communicated well and offered suggestions when asked. Very understanding as well. Would certainly stay here again!

Please note there is an issue with on-line pricing. The charged amount did not match the pricing on the website. Evolve was quick to take care of the discrepancy. Also note that the description of the property should state that the second bedroom is downstairs and separate from the main house. Not an issue for us but may be for someone with children.

Kids first trip to the beach!

This house really was the added joy to our little family beach vacation. It really made us feel like it was our home away from home. Had everything we needed from household items to games for the kids. Our hostess even went above and beyond and left snacks and drinks for us. Our kids truly enjoyed their time in the pool and sitting on the deck looking at the stars. The personal touches truly made us feel right at home. We will certainly be back in the future. Truly deserves a 10 star rating!!

This is a very well-appointed, cutely decorated spot for a family vacation. The host has thought of everything and takes extra steps to make it enjoyable for all. Pros: spacious living room, kitchen, upper deck and master bedroom. Amazing downstairs area with games, grills, seating, tv. Fridge is cold, makes good ice, host has put up plenty of hooks for towels, clothes, etc. Extra beach towels and beach canopies available for use. Pool area is very nice. The only thing worth noting for families with younger children...the second bedroom is underneath the main house area, with two separate entries leading to the outside. This may not be ideal for parents wanting to be close to the kids at night. But would certainly be ideal for a second couple wanting privacy. We just kept the kids upstairs on the pull out sDownstairs bedroom could use some sweeping of spiders, etc.

This house was great. Super Clean, spacious, great outdoor areas, quiet neighborhood. Loved the games (board games, Bags, large connect 4, etc), the grill, and just the overall vibe. To top it off - there were fresh baked cookies waiting for us when we arrived- they lasted less than a day :). Would definitely go back

Beach Lovers Paradise

We use VRBO frequently and travel all over Texas for weekend getaways. March had been a tough month for our family and businesses, so we decided to call our best friends of 40 years and said let’s go fishing. I did my VRBO scroll and landed on this gem. We have rented many homes in Rockport but this was by far the best. The home caters to all !!! Extremely family oriented and the personal touches create an environment of pure joy. Anything and everything you might want or need the Padilla’s have thought of. The property is clean, well stocked and very private. Our favorite was the outdoor dining area. We Mayes our classic rock and roll , grilled and just hung out. It was just what the doctor ordered. We would not hesitate to return. Posted on FB our weekend delight and several friends have asked for property ID number which I gladly shared. If you need a break from the day to day Padilla’s retreat is the place to stay💕💕💕

Manager made my family and I feel very welcome. She always responded quickly when I needed something. Great location. Close to the beach. Loved that the house was beach themed. Very cute and comfortable house. Will stay here again next time we come for vacation. Highly recommend staying here.

This is one of the best Airbnb my husband and I have stayed in, definitely in our top 5. Came to visit my Dad in Rockport for 10 days. The hosts are so accommodating and attentive, very quick to respond if I had any questions. They were so sweet to ask what my husband and I drink for beer and wine and had some waiting in the fridge for us!! The house has literally everything you could need during your stay! Fully equipped with all your kitchen needs and bathroom as well. I only needed to buy whatever groceries that we were going to eat during our stay. Very open and spacious layout, loved the outdoor games and grill below deck as well. This house is so amazing and beautiful, pictures don’t do it justice!!
