This beautiful sun drenched home is only six years old & right on the Coastal walkway. This is a smaller, sunlit open plan modern fun home.. A 30 second walk takes you to a small reserve with seating right on the ocean. Located in a quiet garden setting, & with large bifold doors opening onto a sun drenched deck.. It’s again a 30 second walk to the local shops & cafeś
A short 20min walk (3mins by car) to Sumner surf beach, cinema, more cafes & wonderful restaurants. We’re on the direct bus route frm Christchurch International Airport.

I’m very much a local. My grandparents lived 5 minutes away from this home forty years ago & my children all went to the local school. I LOVE sharing my stunning neighbourhood of Redcliffs with others. It’s a treat to be on this beachside of the city..
