Escape to a family-friendly home in peaceful Kiama Downs, with a relaxing deck to enjoy the breeze and stunning beach views from the large dining table or the outdoor sofa. Enjoy the privacy of being hidden up in the treetops as you cook your meals out on the quality BBQ.

Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas and 2 dining areas (one indoor and one alfresco). With the option to create two double-size beds in each living room, this house sleeps 10 and is perfect for a large family, 2 families or a group of friends. The kitchen is upstairs next to the deck, and is fully stocked with all the crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment you’ll need to feed up to 10 people. Dining table seats 8 comfortably (baby booster seat available on request), breakfast bar seats 4, and the outdoor dining table seats another 6. Linen and towels for up to 10 people are also provided. Ceiling fans in the living rooms, or keep the deck doors open all night. As this is our family home and we do not want to upset our wonderful neighbours, we request no parties at all or any excessive noise after 10pm.

Keep the kids occupied with the trampoline and tree swing in the front yard. You can watch them from the downstairs front deck, with comfy chairs to relax on while the kids play. Inside, we can provide toys and books to keep the kids entertained when they’re ready for some down-time. Or send them to the downstairs living room with a TV, that includes a DVD player (with DVD collection) and Netflix.

The house is located an easy 10min walk to Jones Beach (patrolled all summer) or 10min walk to the Minnamurra river boat ramp. Kiama Golf Club is a 2min walk down the road.

IGA supermarket and bottle shop is only 10mins down the road (opposite the beach), and right next door to a couple of fabulous cafes. The Kiama Golf Club clubhouse is a 2min walk down the road, where you can grab an easy meal for lunch or dinner.

We hope you’ll love staying in our home this summer. You will have access to the entire house and garden, with the exception of a small (unoccupied) bedroom downstairs.

We are in the area and are able to be contacted at all times. Entry to the property is via a secure lock box - you will be emailed details to the key a week before your arrival.
