The studio apartment offers ample storage space so you can unpack and feel at home during your stay. Sleep in comfort thanks to the air conditioning and fan. There is additional sleeping space on the sofa bed.

There is a sleek, spacious full bathroom with a large walk-in shower that provides a spa-like experience. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries for your convenience.

This stunning studio features a fully-stocked kitchen fitted with modern stainless steel appliances and the cookware and dishes you’ll need for your stay. The seating at the kitchen island offers a lovely place to eat and drink. Fancy a night off from the kitchen, try out any of the local restaurants.

When you’re not enjoying the main attractions in the area, settle into the cozy and inviting living room and enjoy your favorite movies or shows on the 55” Roku-enabled flatscreen TV. The comfortable sofa doubles as an additional sleeping space, and you’ll find extra bedding and soft pillows available.

Enjoy soaking up the sun or outdoor dining on the private balcony, which offers lounge chairs and a small table, as well as a gas BBQ. This outdoor space is the perfect spot from which to enjoy some fresh air and take in sunrises and sunsets from the comfort of home.

When you’re ready for some activity, help yourselves to the two available kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. If you’re lucky, you’ll spot a manatee or other marine life while you’re out on the water! Want to venture further out? We can recommend boat rentals and connect you to local boat captains for an unforgettable voyage. If you prefer to look at the water without getting in it, there’s plenty of dock space for fishing and enjoying the water views.

As a guest, you’ll also have access to fantastic community amenities, including a community pool and a great tiki hut by the dock.

As guests, you will have complete and exclusive access to this gorgeous studio through a private entrance. You are welcome to use the supplied equipment and enjoy access to the community amenities, including the swimming pool. Please note that smoking is only allowed in the tiki hut area. Self-check-in and a keypad locking system ensure that arrival is seamless.

All visitors must be pre-approved by the host prior to arrival, and a lack of compliance in adhering to the strict maximum guest limit will result in the forfeiting of the security deposit.

There is free parking for one vehicle, but additional parking may be available. Feel free to contact us regarding parking requirements. A personal vehicle is ideal for getting around in the area, and a car rental is highly recommended.

There is docking space available, as well as parking for trailers should you need it. There is also a boat ramp for up to 24’-25’ boats and a ramp for larger boats around 10 to 15 minutes from the property. Boat rental and boat captain services are available during your stay for an additional charge.

* Security cameras are outside the building, on each corner on the second floor; there are also cameras on some corners on the first floor of the building.
*Check-out is at 10:00 am, any unauthorized late check-out will be charged $100/hr. All late check-outs must be approved by the host before check-out time.
* No more guests/visitors than what was booked for, any extra guests/visitors need prior written approval, and extra fees may apply. The security deposit will be forfeited if not in compliance with this requirement.
