Fully renovated old family house at the end of the village Gustirna, just 4 kilometers from the peaceful town of Marina, west of the historic town of Trogir in the centre of Dalmatia, Croatia. This area is ideal for a relaxing family holiday away from the hustle and bustle of busy touristy resorts.

The house has two summer (outside) kitchens, swimming pool, large entertaining room with satelite tv, indoor bike and a pool table, spacious living room with smart tv. The evening-time is very nice when the beautifully lit outdoor area creates the perfect atmosphere for relaxing.

A fantastic house

We were two families with teens and we spent two weeks in this beautiful house with fantastic hosts. Martina and Mario were great and helpful hosts, and we really appreciate their assistance. The house served us, 8 persons, perfectly and completely lived up to the photos. It is situated in a small village in the mountains, and we enjoyed the breeze in the wonderfully warm July weeks.

Even better than the pictures!

Excellent house, newly fully refurbished, the pictures don’t justify how nice it is. All amenities you could want, and just the nicest area surrounding the pool. Overall we were very pleased with our stay, and won’t hesitate in suggesting it as a location for your stay in Croatia. The hosts were very helpful and pleasant( we ate about a metric ton of Mario’s tomatoes) and we even got in touch with some neighbours who showered us with figs and cakes. 5/5 rating, but I still want to mention some things we felt needed mentioning: - Basic stuff such as salt, pepper and sugar was not in the kitchen - Not all bedrooms had their own air conditioner (3 out of 5 had) - Gustirna is not the nicest village, but only 3kms away from Marina

Traumhafter Urlaub in ruhiger Lage nahe dem Meer

Es war eine wunderbare Zeit im Top ausgestatteten und sehr sauberen Haus. Die Gastgeber lassen keine Wünsche offen und sind sehr großzügig mit ihren hauseigenen Gemüse, Olivenöl ect. Wir können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und wir werden auch wieder kommen 😀

Haus und Gastgeber perfekt!

Wir haben unseren zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus war perfekt und verfügt über einen sehr hohen Ausstattungs-Standard. Die Beschreibung stimmte zu 100 Prozent. Die Gastgeber Martina und Mario waren außerordentlich nett, immer zur Stelle und hilfsbereit. Egal um welches Anliegen es sich handelte. Es wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert. Die Lage der Hauses war für uns ebenso sehr gut. Von Marina aus kann man in wenigen Autominuten viele schöne Strände ansteuern. Auch Marina selbst hat einen sehr idyllischen feinen Kieselstrand, an dem man sehr gut relaxen kann. Alles in allem können wir diese Location mit ihren herausragenden Gastgebern uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Très belle location et hôtes d'exception!!

La maison est très propre et les aménagements quasi neufs nous ont fait nous sentir chez nous dès les premiers instants. De plus Martina et Mario sont vraiment très sympathiques, disponibles et de bons conseils, que ce soit pour trouver une location de bateaux ou pour nous trouver un rendez vous médical! Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool und Top Vermietern

Wir haben mit zwei Familien Ende August hier Urlaub gemacht. Das Haus bietet alles was man für zwei Wochen Urlaub braucht. Es ist sehr geräumig die klimatisierten Zimmer sind groß und die Betten sind hervorragend. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht inkl. schönen großen Kühlschrank. Hervorzuheben ist der schöne überdachte und geschützte Außenbereich mit Meerwasserpool. Auch die Außenküche bietet alles was man zum gemütlichen Essen draußen braucht. Hier merkt man das die Vermieter sich Gedanken gemacht haben. Die Fotos stimmen absolut überein. Der kleine verschlafene Ort bietet einen landestypischen Mini Supermarkt. Ansonsten kann man hier die Ruhe genießen die man im Urlaub braucht. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 5 min in Marina (Strand, Supermarkt) und in ca. 15-20 min in Trogir. Hier findet man eine wunderschöne Altstadt die zum UNESCO Weltkulturerbe gehört und alles bietet was man braucht. Restaurants und Bars in allen Preisklassen, Geschäfte, große Supermärkte und viel zum Erkunden. Weitere 30 km ist die große Stadt Split entfernt. In die andere Richtung findet man Rogoznica und Primošten was ebenfalls sehr schöne Altstädte sind. Für uns war die Lage ideal. Zum einem die Ruhe zum anderen die Möglichkeit alle Orte in kurzer Fahrzeit zu erreichen. Hervorzuheben sind noch die Vermieter Martina, Mario mit Ihren Kindern und Marios Eltern. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut betreut ohne dass sie aufdringlich waren. Auch die Ausflugstipps wie Strände oder eine einheimische Konoba zum Peka-Essen waren hervorragend. Vielen Dank für die Versorgung mit selbstangebautem Gemüse und Olivenöl. Wir hatten hier wunderschöne zwei Wochen in denen es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Das Haus werden wir bestimmt wieder mieten. Wir können das uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank für alles bis bald ….

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben als Familie einen ruhigen Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Die tollen Vermieter haben bei der Einrichtung wirklich auf Qualität gesetzt. Die Betten sind sehr gut, die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und die Außenküche am Pool ist das Highlight. Hier lässt es sich auch bei heißen Temperaturen sehr gut aushalten. Im Ort selbst ist sehr wenig los. Um Essen zu gehen oder an einen der wunderschönen Strände zu kommen benötigt man ein Auto. In Marina (5 Autominuten vom Haus entfernt) gibt es zwei kleine Strandabschnitte, die vor allem für Familien geeignet sind. Am Hafen gibt es eine Reihe schöner Restaurants und die Möglichkeit ein Eis zu essen. Ein ganz toller Strand ist in Primosten, ca. 25 Fahrminuten entfernt.

Traumurlaub

Wir hatten bei so viel guter Kritik und tollen Fotos unsere Zweifel, ob das alles wahr sein kann, aber es ist tatsächlich so, wie auch die anderen schon geschrieben haben: Das Haus und die Vermieter Mario und Martina mit ihren Kindern und den Eltern sind einfach spitze. Die Fotos stimmen zu 100 % mit der Realität überein und alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Räume sind liebevoll und stylisch eingerichtet. Besonders die Klimaanlagen waren bei 39 Grad gold wert. Danke für zwei tolle Wochen in eurem wunderschönen Ferienhaus!!! Wir waren mit 3 Generationen (insgesamt 7 Personen) im Juni/Juli 2022 in dem Ferienhaus in Gustirna und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Danke für tolle Ausflugstipps, Danke für frisches Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau, Danke für selbsthergestelltes Olivenöl, Danke für unglaublich schnelle Hilfe, wenn im gesamten Dorf plötzlich kein Wasser mehr fließt, Danke für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Wenn wir Ruhe brauchten, sind wir einfach am Pool geblieben oder schnell zum Strand in Marina gefahren, der in ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen ist. Dort konnte man direkt am Wasser parken und im glasklaren Wasser schnorcheln oder schwimmen. Wenn wir etwas Trubel wollten, sind wir zum Strand nach Trogir oder Primosten gefahren, wo man bummeln, shoppen und diverse Angebote am Strand wahrnehmen konnte. Dank der Tipps von Mario und Martina haben wir auch Split erkundet und einen Tagesauflug mit dem Boot zur blauen Lagune gemacht. In Marina am Hafen, der sehr schön angelegt ist und zum Flanieren einlädt, gibt es viele schöne Restaurants. Im Supermarkt Tommy (ebenfalls in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen) konnten wir alles bekommen, was wir brauchten, so dass wir eine gute Mischung aus selbst kochen/grillen und essen gehen hatten. Alles in allem: Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub und wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal in Kroatien!

5 Star Location with 5 Star Host

The location corresponds to 100% what is shown on the photos. It is located in a small and calm village only 5 min away from the sea (by car). The host welcomed us very friendly. We have been provided with full support on all our questions and also with fresh vegetable from the host´s own production. The location was renovated in 2020 with high standard materials. We enjoyed especially the outside area with the pool and the summer kitchen. So overall we really enjoyed our stay very much and can fully recommend this location.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool

Wir waren insgesamt acht Personen im Ferienhaus (4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder zwischen 8-11 Jahre). Das Haus verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer und 4 Bäder (davon war 1 Bad über die Terrasse erreichbar). Somit hatten wir genügend Platz für alle und man konnte sich auch mal in Ruhe zurück ziehen. Das Haus ist neu und modern eingerichtet und auch die Außenküche mit großer Sitzgelegenheit haben wir oft genutzt. Der Höhepunkt war der Pool. Nicht nur die Kinder sondern auch wir Erwachsenen hatten viel Spaß beim Plantschen Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben uns mit Olivenöl und viel frischem Gemüse versorgt. Auch tolle Ausflugtipps haben wir erhalten. Die nächst größere Ortschaft Marina ist mit dem Auto ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Hier gibt es einen schönen (Kies-) Strand, sowie Restaurants, Bars und ein Eiscafé. Zum Einkaufen gibt es in Gustirna nur einen kleinen Supermarkt. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Marina. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus weiter empfehlen.

Großartige Unterkunft für einen ruhigen Urlaub.

Unseren Vorrednern können wir nur beipflichten. Zum Objekt: Das Haus ist neu eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet, bietet viel Platz und Komfort, insbesondere Dank der ausreichend vorhandenen Klimaanlagen. Wir waren zu fünft dort und somit nicht mal alle Schlafzimmer belegt. Wir haben fast nur die offene Küche und den Grill im Aussenbereich verwendet. Der Pool ist mit 3x7m und einer Tiefe von ca. 1,5 m ausreichend groß um ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen oder auch das ein oder andere Spielchen mit Bällen oder Luftmatrazen zu spielen. Nicht zu vergessen der Freizeitraum im Dachgeschoss (auch mit Klimaanlage) der zu einer Partie Billard oder zum Trimmen auf dem Ergometer einlädt. Und natürlich die Scooter, nicht ernsthaft als Verkehrsmittel geeignet, aber für ein paar kleine Touren um den Ort ein netter Spaß. Zur Lage: Wir haben die meiste Zeit im Haus verbracht, wollten auch einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub erleben. Dank Corona zog es uns ohnehin nicht in die Zentren, aber zum Einkaufen muss man schon in die nahegelegenen Städte (Marina oder Trogir) fahren. Im Ort selber gibt es keine Möglichkeit, wenn mal von einem mobilen Verkaufsstand, der am Morgen in den Ort kommt, absieht. Fahren muss man natürlich auch, wenn man zum Meer oder in die Touristenzentren möchte, aber wie gesagt, dass war nicht unser Schwerpunkt. Last not least die Gastgeber: Martina und Mario haben uns herzlich empfangen und waren jederzeit für Fragen und Unterstützung verfügbar, von der Versorgung mit frischem Gemüse und Obst mal ganz abgesehen. Fazit: Ein Urlaub, wie wir ihn uns gewünscht haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The most relaxing, amazing vacation ever can be yours if you visit Croatia!!

I have just returned from the most wonderful vacation! If you are too tired to read this review, here's a quick summary: If this house is available, do not hesitate make your reservation now! The house is suitable for any group, we were a group of adults but it’s also good for families with children/elderly people. I think it could be suitable for a group including disabled people because there is a bedroom on the main floor of the house which requires no stairs to access. The house is not far from Split airport. The town of Marina (beach & grocery store) is only 3 km away. It’s also near Trogir from where you can organize many excursions or visit Split on the ferry. We didn’t often leave the house in Gustirna – it has everything you need. It’s a quiet village. The house has a nice kitchen (with dish washer) & dining area, there are 2 grills (1 wood & 1 electric) & 2 outdoor dining areas. In addition to all of the bedrooms, there is a living room with a TV & a larger billiard room (also w/TV) for hanging out. There are plenty of bathrooms (including 1 with a washing machine & 1 at the pool). If I haven’t already convinced you to rent this property – let’s talk about my favorite place – the outdoor kitchen/pool area. I spent 6 days of my life hanging out there from morning until night. The pool is just the right size for a family/small group (it lights up/changes color at night - great ambiance). The electric grill makes for fast, easy and tasty cooking. We grilled and made salad every day. Oh and don’t forget a glass of wine! Bring a Bluetooth speaker with you, so you can listen to your favorite music while you eat like a king at the outdoor kitchen and relax and have fun at the pool. Finally and most importantly: Mario & Martina are great hosts and the nicest people ever. If you want to be alone, don’t worry they won’t bother you. The house was super clean when we arrived and because of the pandemic, they even prepared hand sanitizer and masks for us (you must wear them in local stores). We became fast friends because I regularly contacted them to ask for recommendations (Mario’s friend owns a nice sea food restaurant in a nearby village) and to ask them to bring us their home grown/home made vegetables, eggs and olive oil (which they sell for a very reasonable price). They also helped us to buy local wine & raki. It makes sense that such a nice house is owned by such nice people, really don’t hesitate to plan your vacation there :)

Einfach spitze!!

Hallo, normalerweise schreibe ich keine Rezensionen, aber da dieses Objekt noch so neu ist und es uns so gut gefallen hat, möchte ich gern meine Erfahrungen mitteilen. Zum Haus: Wir waren mit 8 Personen dort und der Platz ist für diese Personen Anzahl absolut ausreichend. Das Haus entspricht ziemlich genau den Bildern im Inserat. Der Pool ist circa 3 × 7 m groß und somit auch für mehrere Personen geeignet. Das Haus ist neu bzw. neu renoviert und sehr modern eingerichtet. Auch die Art und Weise der Installation (z.B. Elektro) sind absolut fachgerecht ausgeführt und können mit dem deutschen Standard absolut mithalten. Auch bei kleinen Details ist alles sehr gut durchdacht worden. Alles war absolut sauber und gepflegt. Die tolle Außenküche war unser Hauptaufenthaltsbereich, das schöne Dachgeschoss mit dem Pool Tisch haben wir aufgrund des Wetters kaum genutzt. Zum Haus gehört auch ein kleiner Brunnen, bei dem man sich mit sehr sauberen Trinkwasser kostenlos und durchgehen bedienen kann. Die Küche und ihre Ausstattung ist neu und die Geräte sind einfach zu bedienen. Die Anlage hat vier Sterne und die hat sich auf jeden Fall absolut verdient. Lage: Wir haben uns für die Woche einen Mietwagen genommen. Dieses ist auf jeden Fall auch zu empfehlen. Der steile Weg zum Ort Marina wäre vielleicht zu Fuß machbar, aber die Wege sind eng und es wäre sicherlich auch nicht ungefährlich, jedenfalls nach deutschem Standard. Zum Brötchen holen oder zum Joggen am Strand eignen sich die beiden E-Scooter hervorragend. Wir haben diese relativ häufig genutzt, auch um die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden. Der Ort Gustirna ist ein kleines Dörfchen, das jedoch flächenmäßig gar nicht so klein ist, wie man denken mag. Um das Haus zu finden, sollte man es sich vorher noch mal ganz genau auf der Karte anschauen. Nach ein bis zwei Tagen kennt man sich jedoch ganz gut aus. Für einen normalen Pkw besteht auch die Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Objekt. Abends ist es hier so ruhig, wie man es ansonsten kaum erleben kann. Man hört maximal das Bellen eines Hundes in kilometerweiter Entfernung. Wir haben das für sehr entspannend empfunden. Absolut kein Straßen- oder anderer Lärm. Vermieter: Martina und Mario, wie auch ihre Eltern sind toll. Man fühlt sich fast wie in die Familie eingebunden. Alle sind total freundlich, hilfsbereit und es mangelt an einem an nichts. Trotzdem ist es in kleinster Weise aufdringlich. Für uns war ein super Urlaub, besser geht es kaum. Danke an Mario!

Wunderschöner Urlaubstraum

Unsere super netten Vermieter haben uns am Ortseingang abgeholt und zum Haus geleitet. Das Haus ist riesig und mit ganz viel Liebe eingerichtet. Alles ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Einrichtung ist neu und modern. Alles ist sehr durchdacht eingerichtet - man könnte direkt für länger einziehen! Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und wenn man möchte könnte man sogar Kuchen backen. Im Haus haben wir die Klimaanlage sehr genossen. Ansonsten hatten wir traumhaftes Wetter und haben Vorallem die Sommerküche am Pool genutzt! Das war für uns perfekt. Der große Pool ist gigantisch- wir haben ihn ausgiebig genossen. Es sind ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme bzw. Schattenplätze vorhanden. Außerdem gibt es zwei Terrassen mit Sitzplätzen, die wir je nach Sonnenstand in Beschlag genommen haben. Eine typische Grillhütte - Konoba kann mitbenutzt werden. Die Vermieter Martina und Mario sind sehr herzlich und unaufdringlich. Trotzdem sind sie jederzeit erreichbar und haben tolle Ausflugstipps und zeigen einem die nähere Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder!
