Super nice, clean home for our trip to Philly

We really enjoyed our stay here for our first visit to Philly. The home looked exactly like the photos and was bright, fresh, and clean. The beds are very comfortable and the location made it easy for us to get to everything we wanted to see.

Great Stay

The property is in a great location close to Penn and the hospitals. It is clean and very well maintained - the secure garage parking is a great perk. Tina is very communicative and available for any issues. Highly recommend.

Philly Condo

The condo unit is cozy, clean and homey. Having it's own parking spot is a huge plus. Definitely will stay here again if we're in Philadelphia.

Comfortable even for the disabled

Clean, modern 2-bedroom in University City

Our stay in Philadelphia was fantastic. We needed a two-bedroom apartment rental with two secure private parking spots and this is exactly what was provided. The building is quiet with a wonderful roof-top patio that we enjoyed. The apartment has everything you could need for four adults - two bathrooms, a modern kitchen, and a comfortable living room. The location is great - near to the universities and many restaurants and not far from Lincoln Financial Field where we attended a Club World Cup game. Tina was very responsive and answered all of our questions regarding checking in and out, parking and getting around town. I would highly recommend this VRBO rental if you are visiting Philadelphia.

Great spot in university centre

It was very clean, and we were happy with the home. I had trouble noticing the parking garage but that was my own fault for not searching it ahead of time. There is a bit of noise from the street with some loud vehicles but my kids still slept well. It was a close drive to the zoo and please touch museum with very walkable grocery stores nearby.overall it was a great stay!

Fabulous Stay

The condo was extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The coffee/tea and creamer were a nice touch. The beds were comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and towels. The roof top patio was great - a nice place to enjoy a coffee in the morning. The garage was a huge plus! Communication with Tina was great from begining to the end of the trip.We would not hesitate to book again.

Birthday weekend

My wife and I along with friends came out to see DMB and experience other activities in the city. Nice area, lots of places to eat within a mile. Apartment was nice and clean. Roof access was very relaxing at night. The initial instructions to get the keys made me think I was on a scavenger hunt. Easy communication with the host. Would book again.

Clean and modern apartment, great for girls weekend

Three women in our late twenties stayed here for a weekend in February 2023. The property was clean, very modern, and accurate to its description. The on site parking is a secured parking garage under the apartment building. This was an excellent amenity since most of the city was two hour street parking. We would consider staying here again if we visited the area on other occasions!

Visiting Philly

Tina is an amazing host/property manager. My boyfriend and I cound not have asked for more during our stay. The property is nice and clean, and the windows for the natural light is amazing. The kitchen is stocked with amenities and supplies that allows you the opportunity to cook a meal when needed. It felt like home away from home. She provided clear, easy to follow check in and out instructions, that made the process easy. We had a great time at the property and enjoyed our stay in Philly for our 1st couples trip.

Perfect location for UPenn/Drexel activities

We were in town for a lacrosse event at the UPenn complex. This location was perfect. Thankful the house was stocked with many basic toiletries and kitchen/laundry items. Shampoo, soap, laundry detergent....thank you! The parking is easy once you get the hang of it. Read the instructions and you'll be fine. A good part of the area is under construction with road and housing improvements (noisy during the week, but quiet on weekends) just so you know sleeping "in" is hard, but did not bother us much. Great communication. I'd recommend to anyone visiting the area. Lots of room to spread out with the comforts of home!
