This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

This beautiful 12th floor Gulf Shores condo is located right on the beach in the heart of Gulf Shores. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony or from your Master Bedroom balcony. It includes a King bed in the primary as well as a King in the Guest Bedroom and Twin Bunk Beds in the bonus room. Sleeping 8 with the Queen Sofa Sleeper!

Enjoy the stainless steel appliances granite countertops in the kitchen and the 9 ft ceilings with crown molding throughout. The complex offers an Indoor/Outdoor pool that is heated in cooler weather (dates are subject to change) hot tub and zero entry kids pool with splash pad complete with fountains and sprinklers. Exercise in the fitness room while enjoying the gorgeous view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico or enjoy the media room with sofa and flat screen TV. Relax in the Sauna or enjoy the Free WIFI.

Barely Satisfied but nothing more

Waiting till 5pm for a checkin is bad enough. And they over explain the importance of checkout at 10am or you will be charged an extra day. But have to wait and then call to find out why you don’t have access at 5pm the day of your reservation. I get things happen, but there was literally no excuse or reason. Only to be told nobody knows why your condo is not ready yet. Especially when you have to wait and the room is dirty. Floors were extremely sticky and dirty. 1yr old couldn’t even play on floor for 1 minute without stains on legs, feet and hands upon arrival. Shoes stuck to floors upon entry and throughout. Carpet had dirt and debris in the MBR. Hand stains on walls, inside and on deck. Definitely been poorly cleaned well prior to our arrival. Judging by looks, hasn’t been cleaned well in a while. Videoed entire room before entering just cause it put out that kind of vibe upon arrival. Lot of money spent for a condo that should at minimum, be thoroughly cleaned. Outside deck had food and debris stuck to floors. Stains on walls from hand prints. If it wasn’t for the views and the perfect summer weather, would have been even less satisfied if stuck inside the condo.

Nice little condo right on the beach.

Older but great deal for the price we paid. Could use a few things before you go, you'll need garbage bags, coffee filters, any kind of soap and cleaning supplies. This may seem normal it may not, but you'll need them. Bring some detergent for clothes we forgot that one. Also the microwave makes a very loud explosion sound only once every time you use it, it will scare the heck out of you. And expect maintenance guys to pop in and do work and repairs on the rental when you're there without warning. The elevator will only go down so if you have friends above you in a different condo you'll have to take the stairs or go down a floor or two on the elevator and hope you can get it to start going up after you stop on the floors below. Best part is the view of the ocean and the central location in the middle of everything.

Great view and location!

The condo is very comfortable, great view of the gulf as well the inland scenery. We would have loved to stay for our two week stay but was cut short with the arrival of Hurricane Sally.
