• Washer and dryer are located inside the unit

• The living area has a sleeper sofa and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV.

Guests will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You may go to every activity, every day and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free) and then golf at lunch (one person is free) and then the zoo that afternoon (one person is free.) Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free) and your husband can go play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of the activities every day and one of your party is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Family Vacation

The view from the balcony was amazing. Kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of room for 8 people. Plenty of parking. Bed in Primary room had a rip and was squeaky. Needs a pantry or cabinet to put food, we had our food on counter took up alot of space. Needs ceiling fans. Check in and out was easy. This was our second trip through ITrip we will definitely be book through them again.

Great for family with small children

We loved our stay here so much because it was very easy to get back to the room with little ones from the beach or pool. The condo is conveniently located on the 3rd floor right next to the stairs so you can just skip the elevator with minimal effort. Our group had 3 kids (2,5,8) and grandparents. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The mattresses were everyone’s only complaint as they are a bit beyond their useful life. You can get by if you bring your own pillows and blankets like we did. The heated pool is a great bonus at this facility but the kiddie pool is not heated so bring floaties for the big pool. The beach was perfect too since this area doesn’t have many mega buildings with high occupancy. We definitely plan to return!

Spring Break

Great layout, location, ease of building (elevator, parking etc). Great heated pool and beach access. Unfortunately, on our first day the HOA closed the pool and beach access for repairs, but the rental contact was very nice about the inconvenience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our month stay at Surf Side Shores. The arrival process was easy, went right to door, put code in, and we had arrived! 3rd floor ocean/beach view was the best. I watched the sunrise every am and was lulled by the waves at night. While the beds were not as goldilocks would day,"just right" we slept well enough. Everything worked well. Nice bathroom/shower accommodations. Parking was good. Easy beach and ocean access. Pool nice and never crowded. It was quiet and peaceful. Alexa was a plus and we used her many times for info. Thankful for the memories and peaceful times.
