Ocean front condo 36C

3rd floor unit, overlooking the beach. Covered parking. Master bedroom has queen size bed. Guest bedroom a queen size bed. Living room has queen size sofa sleeper. Covered parking.
Enjoy your vacation from Lighthouse Point on the quiet north end of Tybee, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no large wave action. Watch the dolphins play, shrimp boats and the ships come to port. The gated condo complex features private beach access, tennis courts, community grill, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20) and a kid pool (18X10). Near the Lighthouse, Tybee Museum and Jaycee Park.

Stays longer then 30 days, October - March, there is additional cleaning fee. Please inquire for details on pricing.

ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT!!!!

Best vacation we have ever had!! Beautiful view! Cold ac. Watched dolphins and ships from the porch swing! Amazing! Could not have been more fun and relaxing!! Great rooms and space. We will definitely book this location again. Thank you for a perfect vacation!!

Condo needs deep cleaning and upgrade of furniture and rugs. Felt grimy. Couch has been there for years and years. Very worn. Reached out to host several times - no response. Sliding glass door difficult to open. Faucets worked poorly. Parking slot extremely narrow. But great location on island. Great view from balcony.

2nd stay at this property, different unit. Beach, pool, biking and restaurants/bars to walk to. Great little downtown area by only 5 minutes away. We love Tybee and Lighthouse Point!
