This beautiful house is located in a quite neighborhood, minutes from Fiesta Texas, The Shops At La Cantera, Sea World, restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife, Palladium, bowling, Dominion Golf course, Top Golf and more. House includes a master suite, Game-room with pool table, arcade and more, covered patio with furniture and BBQ grill, a beautiful private pool with a specious sitting area, outdoor Cornhole, fire pit, plenty of private parking spots, a huge backyard with mature Texas Oaks.

This 1650 Sqf house includes 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master suite includes a king bed, the 2nd bedroom includes a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom includes a bunk bed which has a double mattress on the bottom and a single on top plus a trundle bed which opens up to an additional bed. There is also a queen size air mattress available which is very comfortable, so this house can sleep a total of 11 people. Both the Living room and the master suite have Smart TV's which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels. Plenty of free private parking is available.

I can’t blame you if you will want to stay most of your vacation in this home. Rest your tired legs on the sofa or armchairs as you watch the flat-screen TV in the living room. Play with the arcade, pool table or any of the fun games in the well equipped game room, Relax on the back terrace and fenced-in lawn. Enjoy the privacy of the huge backyard with mature Texas Oaks and Pecan Trees, outdoor Cornhole for play time, sit around the fire pit with your family or friends, jump to the private pool and relax in the sitting area on the deck, not to forget the professional BBQ set, that is waiting only for you. After recently adding string lighting all around, the backyard transforms into a soothing, atmospheric retreat as soon as the sun goes down. I can assure you will Iove it!

This home is located a few minutes from restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife, public transport, Fiesta Texas Six-flags, La Cantera, The RIM shopping, Palladium, Lifetime fitness, bowling, UTSA, Dominion Golf course, Top Golf, USAA and more. This location is perfect for your San Antonio vacation!
You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the yard and the private pool. There is also a private patio to sit and relax. You will have plenty of private parking. You can also freely use the Neighborhood's park which is located a few minutes walking from the house, which includes volleyball and playground for kids plus more shaded area for BBQ.

Close to Loop 1604 and I-10. Car is recommended and you can use Metro bus. Ride sharing is popular in San Antonio and we have Lyft and Uber. Popular nearby attractions are a short drive away.

I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 10 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you are here, the house is yours to enjoy and interaction with me is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home and I will send you the access code upon arrival. Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00.
- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.
- Pool Size 18 feet round and 4 feet deep.
- Pool is not heated.
- Pool will be closed due to winter from November 15th until February 5th.
