Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Parking was supposed to be included, but he was told upon checkin to park on the street or pay extra to tandem park at a neighbor's driveway & coordinate with the stranger to not block each other in. Moved out after a few days due to cockroaches & termites all over the place. Host was unapologetic & actually fought with us about cancelling the reservation & providing a refund. She finally agreed to cancel and refund but then didn't follow through & stopped responding.
