Overlooking scenic and historic Hyannis Harbor, this Cape house offers over 3400 square feet of living space. This home is the perfect blend of charm and space within its classic design. This four bedroom with a lower level holding additional sleeping accommodations will sleep 10 guests. The large living room AND upper level Family Room with Balcony enable enjoyment of delightful ocean breezes! This contemporary home has all the desired amenities including Central Air Conditioning, a first floor primary bedroom (king bed) w/ en suite (jacuzzi tub and walk in shower), 4 Flat Screen TV's, Wi -Fi, and 2 fireplaces. Enjoy ocean breezes while relaxing on the Bluestone patio or take in the scenic views from the second floor balcony off the family room. A beautiful sandy beach awaits you right at your doorstep. The second level has three bedrooms (one room with 2 twins, two with queen beds, each with bathrooms), and a sitting area. There is a bonus sleeping area in the lower level with four beds( two twins, two doubles). Enjoy BBQ's on the bluestone patio facing the harbor watching the boats and ferries go by! It's a very short distance to Hyannis' Main Street for dining and shopping, Hyannis Marina, Baxters Boathouse for Clams, Tugboats Restaurant, and Trader Ed's for summer entertaining. Short getaways available with an added cleaning fee. Save the cleaning fe by boking 7 or more consecutive days. Dogs considered for an added fee. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens provided!

Beach Access, views

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While this property is in a great location especially for access to beach for toddlers which made our stay enjoyable, the home could use some simple maintenance to make the stay more pleasurable. Certain doors, windows and sliders unable to be opened to enjoy the waterside breezes. Outdoor amenities listed were not available-the outdoor patio and firepit furniture and swing-some items stored in garage even though it was June, outdoor shower shut off. While the kitchen appliances are top grade, the kitchen is not well equipped with utensils or pots for cooking especially if you have a full house Linens/towels were basic and need some updating--plenty of beach towels but bath towels were limited. The house is spacious and plenty of room for guests to find a quiet nook or enjoy one of the tvs. Enjoyed watching the boats from the window go by especially in the evening. A good choice for large family vacation close to restaurants and town, if they focus on fixing some items would be a 5 star spot.
