Peaceful waterfront retreat! Perfect for your relaxing getaway with family or friends. The large deck overlooking the lake is an amazing spot for relaxing and "unplugging" from the stress that comes with the busy lives most of us have. Picture yourself relaxing on the (mostly shaded) large deck in the floating hammock chair, or rocking in oversized chairs while overlooking beautiful Shoal Creek! You can enjoy grilling on the charcoal grill on the patio overlooking the water.

This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront home has an open floor plan and sleeps 8 people. Updates have recently been completed throughout the home, so you can enjoy fresh, neutral paint colors, as well as comfortable beds and cozy furniture in the great room. Enjoy beautiful waterfront views from most areas of the home!

The Master bedroom has a queen size bed and a flat screen TV. Bedroom 2 has two queen size beds and a flat screen TV. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and flat screen TV.

The home is situated on a large private lot that is just minutes from town. Walmart, Publix, the mall, lots of places to shop, and many fast food restaurants, as well as dine in restaurants, are all just about a 10 minute drive.

The dock is the perfect place to fish, swim or just unwind with your family or friends. You can easily tie a boat up at the dock. There is a boat ramp and marina close......about a 5-10 minute drive by boat or car!

The kitchen is fully stocked with necessary cooking utensils, pots and pans, dinnerware, microwave, toaster, blender, and a coffee maker that is both single serve (uses pods) and has a 10 cup coffee pot. We provide towels, wash clothes, hand soap, two rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels and starter size of laundry detergent, dishwasher pod, and trash bags.

Great Lake Property

This house had one of the best views of lake from so many places. The floor to ceiling windows across the entire main living area made it feel like we were outside even while cooking breakfast. The massive deck, covered porch and lakeside dock made it hard to decide where to spend our time. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway with lake swimming and the benefit of town being 5 minutes away - this place is perfect!

The location and view is all that is accurate about this property!

There is not enough available space to write or submit my review unless I can upload in several sections. I would like to submit through email if at all possible. I will say this much, the property was not clean at all and there is a major electrical issue that should have never passed inspection. I have photos and videos that definitely need to be seen. Most of our issues have been mentioned in previous reviews but its very apparent that they have yet to me fixed at all. I would like to be contacted by VRBO and feel you will be interested in what I have to present. I do not recommend this property although the view and locations was amazing. A fire hazard for sure! I look forward to being contacted by a VRBO representative soon. disgruntled sisters

Beautiful view & perfect spot on the lake!

The house was musty smelling. We bought plug ins. No ice, dirty rag was left in kitchen sink. No top sheet on bed & wet clothes in washer & in dryer. It could use covers for plugs & lights. Needs dresser in front bedroom. We were instructed where to put trash. All trash cans were full from previous guest & never picked up. We had 3 couples staying & one bedroom door would not shut for privacy. Master bathroom was hard to regulate water & slow to heat. We enjoyed the deck everyday & swimming. It could be a beautiful home with some minor work!

Great Family Weekend Getaway

We booked this house to celebrate my mother's 65th birthday. The pictures don't do it justice! The deck is HUGE, and the view is gorgeous. My husband and daughter fished the whole weekend. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We would book again!
