OCCUPANCY & AGE RESTRICTIONS
As per Seaside Heights Ordinance #179 & 55-3. Between April 15 and June 30, occupancy limited to no more than two adults per bedroom plus two children 12 or younger. Minimum age for rentals must be 21 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period. Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property. Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Heights. No Exceptions. Reservations during this time period can not have outside guests. Any group rental seeking to check in in which all guests are under 21 years of age or bring attempt additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid. Maximum is 10 adults guests an 2 children under 12..

This professionally designed, first floor ( 3 steps down) , non smoking, two bedroom Suite (Sleeps 4 adults & 2 children under 12) has an open floor plan with a living room with smart TV, full kitchen including small appliances, full size refrigerator, dishwasher & microwave. All cookware & dinnerware provided. Full bathroom with tub and shower . Bedroom has a queen size bed, furniture, large smart TV and closet system for organization. Second bedroom has two Twin beds. Living room has a Queen pull out sofa bed. This Suites offers direct rear access to yard. Large rear Courtyard with lounging, dining, BBQ and outdoor shower. Young Adult Rentals: a limited number of supervised young adult rentals are available for 2, 3 & 4 night packages from April 1 to June 30. Please inquire as to the exact dates and number of guests for rates and availability. Must have an adult 21+ years of age at all times on property and will agree to register with the Borough of Seaside heights in accordance with there Young Adult Rental Ordinance #179 & 55-3.. Any group rental seeking to check in which all guests are under 21 years of age will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid. Rates may be higher and will vary based on the number of guests. You can request a Special Offer Reservation once you confirm a 21 year will be on site.

Seaside Stay 2023

The property is 1 1/2 blocks from the boardwalk, right across from the water park. Very convenient. The rooms were clean, the living room sofa could use a cleaning, we were in the lower unit, (kind of a basement apartment with ground level windows) frequently our access was blocked by other tenants as the stairs to exit went into the driveway where they were provided off street parking. When we first got there we couldn't find our unit for this reason, the stairs were blocked by a car. The upstairs tenants were quiet, although you could hear their every move, and the water in the plumbing system sounded like a waterfall in the walls. The bathtub could use a tub mat as it's real slick when wet. The washer and dryer for the house was conveniently located right outside of our kitchen door. We had an issue with the smoke detecters going off when I cooked, but the maintenance man took take of it. So going forward I used the back burner, made sure the exhaust fan was on and the back door opened. The back yard is nice, with tables and gas grills, and there's an outside shower (although we didn't use it) Overall it was our first rental with this group. And all things considered I would definitely try another one of their properties if we ever come back to New Jersey.

We loved our Lazy River Rental!!

Our suite was clean and maintained. It was exactly what we needed and the location couldn't be better! Also, our host was friendly, extremely nice and very responsive. She even checked in to see if there was anything we needed. We'll definitely be back! Thank you Lazy River!

Clean Place, Friendly Management, Convenient Location

The check-in/check-out process was very quick easy, and their staff even showed us the way to our location from the office. The place that we stayed at (Fishbay Suite) may have looked smaller at first but ended up housing our group just fine because of all of its beds and pull-out couches that it provided; it even had a fully stocked kitchen with a full-size fridge. The location of this rental is perfect: right across from the water park/go-carting/minigolfing, 1 min walk from Casino Pier/beach, and a 1 min walk from 711 in the other direction. This is an ideal place for a weekend getaway. Huge shout-out to the manager, Andrea, for being one of the most caring, patient, and understanding hostesses. She was always ready to answer any questions we had and give us very clear and helpful info.
