This charming space is in the heart of Clearwater Beach.
Wander across the street, our famous white sand beach with brilliant turquoise water, welcomes you to come and play.
We invite you to join in the fun at the nightly sunset festival at Pier 60. It’s a great evening of entertainment for the whole family with jugglers, musicians, and local artisans. At twilight, the Gulf of Mexico will inspire you with its painted sunset sky and lore of the “green flash.”
Stroll down Clearwater’s Beach Walk dine in our many restaurants, afterword’s you can enjoy some of our many excursions, activities, and treats.
This beachy style room has a nicely appointed kitchenette with sink, mini-refrigerator, microwave, Toaster Over utensils, plates, coffee maker, toaster, and bistro table, for a quick bite at home.
The sitting area has a full-size futon and flat-screen TV.
Watch the flat-screen TV from the 2 full size in the sleeping space, in addition, the bathroom has a separate large vanity and private tub/shower/toilet.
Pelican Point has a year-round heated pool 'yippee!' and laundry facilities.

Very disappointing room stay!

Pelican Point itself is in a great location- walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The pool is well maintained and clean and the front desk staff is very friendly. However, this unit is individually owned and not operated by the staff at Pelican Point. The shower was filthy; the shower head and railing were covered in mold. The property manager was informed right away and was even sent pictures. They said they would let housekeeping know, but they never came to resolve the issue. The listing did not mention that we would have to do our own trash or laundry or supply our own toiletries should we run out, and as a family of 5, we most definitely did because we were not supplied an adequate amount to begin with. It would have helped to know this information ahead of time, but the listing did not mention any of that. Communication was so so- they were quick to answer our questions but did not respond to the feedback that was given to them twice even after they asked for it upon check out. Overall, I was very disappointed with the stay in this particular room!

Place needs an update

We booked a 5 day trip for our family. There is broken tile, water damage in the ceiling, hole patch in the side of the wall. The two beds are spring beds where they cave in the center most uncomfortable beds ever. Even our 5 yr complained about his back. Also wrote the owner about clean sheets waits 2 days to get back to me awesome communication 👎🏼never disclosed we needed to do our own laundry when the property has maid service. Owners must not want to pay for the service for their guests. Would definitely not stay again
