A minimum of 30-hours between reservations gives our cleaners time to disinfect all surfaces & freshly wash all bedding & towels. Our condo is properly cleaned & thoroughly sanitized before & after each stay. We follow CDC requirements for a healthy & safe home-setting environment. Disinfectant & basic cleaning supplies are provided during your stay.
Be assured that you & your family will enjoy a relaxing, comfortable stay at Bayside Condos.
We have a no contact check-in/check-out system. With no office and no main entrance, you have a private door to your condo with a keypad instead of keys. A unique code will be sent to your inbox before your arrival.
Our top floor studio condo on the island of Clearwater Beach has INCREDIBLE water views from every window. Balcony attached to living space feels like an extension of your living area, with more great water views.
This studio sleeps 4, is 405 square feet, but space is maximized to utilize every bit of it.
Main bed is a California King with 4 king pillows. Second bed is a full-size convertible sleeper sofa with attached chaise lounge in living area. Extra bedding in storage area under chaise lounge.
Work desk with light next to window for terrific views as you study, work or play on your laptop, tablet or phone. Small router/modem on the desk for your personal connections. Extra wall outlets for UBC cords, ethernet or other power cords.
Secured WIFI, a 52-inch TV, standard digital cable, Blu-ray player with family friendly movies included.
Elevator in building goes to every floor. An outgoing air exchange constantly takes out the old air and brings in the fresh air.
Stairs on both sides of building as well.
Coin-operated laundry facilities on same floor as condo. No change machine, bring your quarters, nobody on beach will give out quarters.
One free assigned parking space on-site. Street parking as well, some free, some metered.

Great stay

Pleasant stay- great location and although small, condo has everything you need. The communication with the host was fast and efficient. We walked to most places including the beach as everything is relatively close. Look forward to staying here again.

Weekend getaway

Pool was very nice and quiet . We liked the fact that it was a bit off the strip and much less traffic noise and congestion. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was very nice for sunrises.

Superb studio size condo

The condo unit was clean and was decorated like a slice of island paradise. With the fantastic views from the condo, this place was indeed an island oasis. Furthermore, there are tons of restaurants, stores, and the beach that are within a reasonable walking distance. For the listed price, this place is a deal.

Weekend get away for Vitamin Sea

Cozy quaint comfortable and fully equipped for everything you need and more. Quiet and relaxing . Perfect for 2 people or 2 people and 2 kids. . Dolphins were seen each day early morning. Awesome place.

Hidden gem

This condo was the perfect place for my husband and I. Just a short 15 min walk to downtown Clearwater. We rented bikes a couple days and rode those downtown too. This little place had everything we needed. The pool was relaxing in the evenings after being out and about in the sun all day.

I live by comments and reviews while booking a vacation. This condo is a must! Super clean and organized. It had everything my family of four needed to comfortably enjoy our family vacation! We cooked and ate every meal in the condo and enjoyed relaxing on the balcony taking in the view and spotting some dolphins! We would without hesitation stay here again!

It was very cute. We loved it here. Great view and experience. Van and Colleen were extremely nice and helpful. Only negative we had about this property was when showering the hot water only last for like one minute which meant we had primarily cold showers. Overall though 5 stars!!

Great as Always

We have stayed in this unit multiple times and will be there again in February. It is on the top floor and right next to the water. We were able to see both the boat parade and the Clearwater Beach Christmas parade right from our balcony. The host is very responsive. The condo is in a quieter part of the beach but you can walk to all the action.

Amazing view, fabulous condo and convenient location !!!!

This condo has it all. Just bring your suitcase and relax. Stayed here for two weeks and never wanted to leave. The condo is absolutely adorable, very comfortable and CLEAN !! We parked our car in the designated space and only used it to drive to the Phillies spring training games. We walked to the store and all the restaurants. The pool was delightful and the neighbors very friendly. This is definitely a hidden gem.

Nice, quiet studio condo. Beautiful sunsets overlooking the bay from the balcony. Has a neat efficiency kitchen. Bed and couch, very comfortable for sleeping. The only con: Needs more AC, esp in the summer months. Newer AC unit has very little output, unless seated in the kitchen.
