The Little House is a fully self-contained holiday cottage, right in the heart of Agnes Water – The Little House will delight you with its charm.
Short, leisurely stroll to the pristine five kilometre long Agnes Water surf beach, shopping village, restaurants and cafes.

There is no Wi-Fi. The Little House is the perfect place to unplug and unwind.
Please note that Vodafone does not operate in the area and other mobile networks can be limited/patchy in Agnes Water & 1770.
Given the location of the house and the flora and fauna around the property, it is possible that some wildlife (bugs, lizards, frogs, birds) may frequent on the verandah and in garden areas.

We recommend guests have a vehicle to travel around the area.
There is a shuttle bus that can offer tours, pick up/drop off services from your accommodation, the train station or airport. Please get in touch for more information.
There is a tourism information centre in Agnes Water.
Nearest airports: Gladstone and Bundaberg - 75 kilometres.
Nearest train stop: Miriam Vale - 50 kilometres.
Bus: Greyhound travels to the area daily.
The bus stop is at the Ampol service station in Agnes Water, approx. 2 kilometres away.
Please note that Vodafone does not operate in this area.
