This estate compound includes a sprawling main house with a large master bedroom featuring 180 degree ocean views and private decks right off of the pool. Three additional ensuite bedrooms are on the pool level.

Our property is set in the serenity of hundreds of lush palm trees that were carefully preserved as we constructed paradise, and provide the ultimate harmony between nature and luxury. Our decks with fluffy lounge chairs float just above the white, sandy beach for a beautiful and relaxing view, all appointed with shade or sun depending on your personal pleasure.

Sugar Beach Villa is located next to one of the only estuaries with a mangrove river inlet - perfect for kayaking, bone fishing or just floating on rafts as the tides change. Kayaks and snorkeling equipment are available to explore the infamous Tropic of Cancer Beach. Spear and fish the local catch, conch, or lobster right in front of the villa’s reef. Your day in Little Exuma can also be spent power or sail boating, bicycling, hiking, or exploring the island and its magnificent beaches. Golf outings at one of the most picturesque Greg Norman courses worldwide await you just 45 minutes from Sugar Beach Villa.

We are just 5 minutes away from two great local restaurants on the seaside in Williamstown, along with the historical salt pond, old ship marker and cannon.
