The house was great and very comfortable for our group of 10. Very private location on a beautiful beach that we had to ourselves the entire week. Our host Kim was very accessible and helpful. Highly recommend Inspiration Point!

Great house with direct beach access! We have family of 5 and we were there for Christmas of '25. It's nice and secluded but only 10 minutes from Santana's and 30 minutes back to Georgetown. It was perfect for us!

Our family of 10 enjoyed 10 days in July at inspiration point! We especially enjoyed the direct beach access and pool! The beach is one of the best on the island and it was essentially private. Due to the location being so far from town and restaurants, we cooked more meals than usual on this vacation. We would have liked the kitchen to be a little better equipped for cooking. The 35 minute drive to town over some pretty rough roads is the only negative. If you want privacy this is the place! Kim the property manager is great and went above and beyond to make out stay as perfect as possible! She cooked a meal for us that was wonderful and well worth it! Overall the home was great with plenty of space. The two downstairs rooms were very large which was great for families with small children sleeping in their parents rooms.

Inspiration Point is Amazing!

The property is immaculate, the beach is stunning and the white powder sand is some of the cleanest and finest we’ve ever seen. Kim was an amazing host, cooked a delicious meal and was very helpful with all of our questions. Highly recommend!

Inspirational

Fantastic House! View and beach were spectacular. Extremely private and secluded which is what we were looking for. Rain head showers with plenty of hot water. AC units would freeze you out. House manager was great as well. Looking forwards to our next visit.

Amazing Stay in Exuma- Best House after 6 Visits

To Preface we have stayed in Exuma a total of 6 times and this is by far our favorite place to stay. This house feels very secluded on Little Exuma with its own private beach and is worth the drive into town. Highly recommend for larger families or groups. Everything is freshly remodeled or new including the pool. Air Conditioning was amazing and the house was immaculate. 10/10 and will definitely pick this house again.

Overall, a great property and excellent property managers! The location was maybe our only 4-star, other than the ants lol. It's a bit of a drive to get almost everything. If you know Exuma, you know bugs are a thing...we bought an ant killer at the grocery store to help solve the ant issue in the kitchen. Overall property was clean and well-kept! Communication was great, check-in and check-out was a piece a cake. THE VIEW THE VIEW THE VIEW was Incredible! Our 5th time in Exuma and it's still the best!

Booked this property for a girls trip with my daughters during winter break. It is blistering cold at home and we were in desperate need of some sun and sand. This was my first time booking through Vrbo and safety was of our utmost concern. I can now honestly say, our stay at Inspiration Point was an absolute dream come true!The property manager, Alessandro is amazing - he took care of our grocery delivery, and everything was there when we arrived. He booked our in-house massages for us, he was kind enough to give me and my daughters a ride from the airport to the property for less than it would cost for me to rent a car. He was very knowledgeable of Bahamian culture and history - he even stopped to show us some of the most breathtaking beaches and scenic points along the way. Every interaction with Alessandro was pleasant and he even checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We appreciate your kindness and hospitality Alessandro, thank you so much!(Chef) Kim is the champion of cuisine and the kindest woman you'll ever meet. She came to the property each day to cook meals for me and my daughters that were made with love. She even customized menus and portion sizes based on the preferences of my picky eaters. We just got back home and we miss her and her cooking already!!Words cannot describe how heavenly this property is...you have to see it with your own eyes to believe it. 5 stars across the board, hands down.We'll see you all again soon, thank you!

Used VRBO in the past to book our vacations. We chose Inspiration Point on Exuma. We have rented multiple Premier Properties and have never experienced anything like this.The biggest issue was that the property did not resemble the luxury "Premier" bespoke villa portrayed in the listing. The moment we pulled up it was obvious the photos/description did not accurately reflect the property's current condition. Many of the areas with the most significant problems were not shown in the listing. The home showed extensive deferred maintenance both inside & outside. Exterior decking, railings, & outdoor furniture were worn & run-down. The grill was completely rusted through, leaning, & unusable. We had groceries to cook on the grill & were unable to use it. Multiple safety concerns, including a narrow staircase near a large plate-glass window with inadequate handrail protection, trap door in the living area floor which is a trip hazard and potentially allows access from the outside into the home unsecured. Several improperly sized & fitted toilet seats, making it a hazard and safety issue to use the facilities. Windows & doors soiled heavily & not dirt from recent weather/guests. This was not from normal effects of a coastal environment. We were left standing in a foreign country with no place to stay. A nightmare & uncomfortable with housekeeper present. We would definitely NOT recommend this property, VRBO or Will @ Exuma Exclusives he called VRBO he did not!
