Quick visit to the river and pbr in rockSprings

It was a last minute find and so happy we did. Rental was approved quickly and owners were very hospitable. We enjoyed the stay and will probably be back in the future...God willing.

Base camp

My husband and I travelled to the area to ride the Three Sisters with a group of other riders. I waited to make reservations at the last minute and was not able to get a room in Camp Wood where our friends were staying. Little did I know that was a blessing in disguise. Unlike my friends, I had hot and cold running water, a toilet seat and cold AC. The mattress was very comfortable which was the most important part after a long day riding.

Friendly and Simple

My partner and I came to explore the Nueces River and get away from the city. The room was sweet and simple, a quiet place to rest our head. The neighbors were also friendly. We loved that Gina left a binder with a tips on things to do, especially places to swim. Thank you!
