Original Renovated 1970’s 2 storey Holiday Home situated on a hill ,100 metres from the Estuary with Panoramic views and a great deck area. Cafe, parkland and boat launching all within 200 metres of the shack.
A renovated holiday home with personality ! It’s very comfortable ,clean ,well equipped and with extensive estuary views from almost every room.

Family room with large Flat screen TV, opening onto the verandah
Large verandah with outdoor setting to watch all the activity on the estuary.
Not suited for more than 6 adults and not suitable for children under 6.

Two bedrooms, one has a double bed and the other has two single beds .Shared bathroom and separate toilet.

Located in a cul de sac on a hill ,100 m from the Estuary foreshore with childrens playground , BBQs , cafe / general store and boat launching facilities. There are kilometres of pathways for walking and cycling
5 minute drive to the beaches, "The Cut" Golf Course and Bouvard Marina ,10 minute drive to Falcon and Miami shopping centre 15 minutes drive to central Mandurah
Plenty of room for cars and boats in the driveway

Why they chose this property
I love our Crab Shack !... when we bought the house it was neglected and in original condition... the original owner, Connie, lived in the house until about 2010 after which it was rented, until we purchased it in 2014. We have replaced the outside verandah and installed a new kitchen. we have pulled out all the brown melamine furniture , lifted the nylon carpet and polished the jarrah floorboards. Add a coat of paint and some nice furniture and we have a place where you can relax , enjoy the views and environment just an hour out of Perth !
What makes this property unique
It's a home with personality ! No doubt some of the best views of both the Peel and Harvey Inlets...from just about every room ! Also only 200m away from the foreshore, Childrens play area and cafe .
