Original Renovated 1970’s 2 storey Holiday Home situated on a hill ,100 metres from the Estuary with Panoramic views and a great deck area. Cafe, parkland and boat launching all within 200 metres of the shack.
Whilst the home has had some renovations it has plenty of character and personality . However it I still a bit “ rickety” .. think original bathrooms , stiff sliding doors etc
Hence the description of a Shack! But it’s very comfortable ,clean ,well equipped and with extensive estuary views from almost every room.

5 minute drive to the beaches, "The Cut" Golf Course and Bouvard Marina ,10 minute drive to Falcon and Miami shopping centre 15 minutes drive to central Mandurah
Plenty of room for cars and boats in the driveway
