About this property

This 1700 sq ft 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse is a great base station for hitting the beaches on Padre Island. We have a private back yard with your own 6 seater hot tub, a 1up Arcade machine with several games, big screen TV's upstairs and down. We also have a 2021 Club Card Gas lifted Golf Cart that can be used for getting around the island and to the beach (ask about price and requirements for this add on). Kitchen boasts upgraded new appliances, granite counters, undermount stainless sink++

Wonderful stay at the beach!

We had a wonderful stay! The place is comfortable, well decorated, and has everything we could have needed. Only minutes from a beautiful beach, a golf cart for easy to/from, a hot tub, and a huge TV to watch while relaxing on the comfy couches after soaking in the sun all day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning soon.

Father's day weekend 2021

Overall was a very nice place. Parking was iffy for 2 vehicles because of the neighboring people. Back patio was covered in debris from the bushes along with inside of hot tub. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful getaway

Big spacious home with a jacuzzi and stellar location to all the beaches. We truly enjoyed our weekend in north padre/corpus. I was surprised how close we were to everything. The owners were flexible and responded to any questions we had right away. The kids loved riding around in the golf cart and we loved how close we were to everything. Did I mention our furry children came too? Perfect for our family and would recommend it to yours.

Vary spacious but warning with all the extra fees.

The hot tub was not cleaned, there was a lot of sand, lots of flies and lots of mini frogs which was uncomfortable be to outside to enjoy. We got a refund because we couldn't use it the first day, we only used it twice. The pantry was not organized, previous renters left items but it was not organized. The host sent me a message with check out instructions which included, loading dishwasher, putting towels in washer and starting washing machine, emptying pillow cases and throwing out trash which we usually do. If we didn't they would charge us an extra fee. Keep in mind I already paid a cleaning fee. Magazine was chewed by previous pet, host said it was from previous renters but unsure why they didn't toss it then. It is VERY VERY SPACIOUS, says up to 7 guest (5 beds) but was charged extra for having more than 5 guest which included a baby. So careful when you book that, which I accepted but thought that was odd. On the Last night the kitchen ceiling light was leaking water making kitchen very slippery so we put a towel on floor. I saw roaches in restrooms as well.

Not many properties on the island have private hot tubs and this is one of them! We also have an upgrade option to get to use the 6 seater lifted gas golf cart for doing your beach trips with!
