This private, spacious, comfortable, home is located in the highly desired South Eugene Neighborhood. It’s beautiful trees and large yard provides peaceful privacy. There are three old growth cedar trees that have recently been deemed by neighbors as the nicest trees in Eugene. Fine dining and shopping are within walking distance. It's also close to walking and hiking trails. Lane Community College and the University of Oregon are only a short drive away. There is a bus stop nearby and bikes are also available for getting around town. The private backyard is ready for BBQs and outdoor living. The home is stocked and ready for everything you should need to enjoy your stay.

Lovely house

Lovely house. Unfortunately an ice storm cut off the power, canceled our tournament and sent us home early. But would definitely recommend this house!

Donald St -Eugene, OR

Overall Donald St satisfactorily met our family of 6 needs...Especially when it came to making Thanksgiving dinner for 13!! The backyard made it nice to be able to include pets for the holiday. Our only real concern was the plumbing/drains were a bit slow. Otherwise it was a great spot and amazingly quiet for being around the corner from the fire department. Thanks for your housepitality. Great stay

Rented with friends for the Ducks game. Place had everything we needed. Well done. And great location—close to running trails, food, coffee, grocery, great bakery and campus.

Family visit
