We enjoyed the house and the pool ,the host was very nice ,the outside front was a little dirty ,we had a little problem with the bathroom outside ,and the light outside did not work ,but overall we had a nice stay.

The house was perfect for our family's vacation. We had 14 of us with 6 kids 6 and under. They loved the pool. The location was great the kids got to fish and see a momma and baby manatee.

Thanksgiving get together

Our family stayed for six days and we truly enjoyed the house thoroughly! There was plenty of room and the pool and hot tub were fabulous! We also liked the proximity to all the restaurants!

Family holiday weekend

My family enjoyed the house and location. We had our boat and the location was perfect to get to the gulf and beaches. Plenty of room in the house and well equipped. We will definitely be back again

Awesome House

House was larger than expected, beautiful, great pool and hot tub with a fantastic location. Walking distance to the marina and a couple of great restaurants/bars. Owner provided kayaks which were great to see the area by water. Would highly recommend this house and we can’t wait to come back!

Family Tim (Parent's 40th Anniversary)

The family had a great time at the dancing flamingos. The house comfortably fit six (6) adults and (2) kids and had a bedroom to spare. We spent most days in the pool and had a number of family dinners in the beautiful open kitchen. The location is in walking distance to a number of great restaurants/shops and just a quick drive to the closest grocery store. We can't wait to go back.

Memorial Day Weekend

House is as pictured and described. We enjoyed every minute indoor and out. Would definitely recommend!! Property Manager was VERY attentive and nice. Always a text/ phone call away to answer any questions and address any concerns. Happy to return in the future :)

We had a great vacation

Location was excellent! We love the Cape Harbour area and it was great that we were in walking distance. The house was big which was nice for the 2 families that stayed there. We enjoyed the kyacks and seeing the manatee off the dock. However, the thermostat in the house was off - the upstairs was freezing and the bathroom vent was blowing extremely cold air, and condensation was all over the vent. We had the temperature set to 74 and then it would adjust itself to colder. We sent a picture to management but did not get any visit from maintenance. The propane in the grill went out after the first use and we were told they would fill it the next day, but nobody came.House was well equipped with everything we needed, except there was no pizza cutter which we thought was strange.

Dancing flamingo fam getaway

This is our second year staying here! The home is beautiful with an amazing view looking over the canal we chose this particular location for the easy access to beaches and ocean by boat. I highly recommend renting a boat and be sure to keep your eyes out for dolphins!!! When we weren’t on our boat rental we enjoyed sitting at the pool we played board games (the house does have games they are in the cupboards in the kitchen island), drove to Fort Myers pier (amazing sunsets and lots of shops) There’s also live music and entertainment across the street twice a week at the marina square lots of mini shops and restaurants as well. The house was the perfect size for our family plenty of room and we all had our own space. The house itself just needs minor updates but overall beautiful! We didn’t have any problems so there was no reason to call property management they did stop by and reach out to us though! They do have kayaks if you don’t mind getting dirty jump in, they need a good cleaning. We can’t wait to come back next year!!!!

Family Vacation, Would have did no star on communication if i could have!

Upon arrival we realized the listing was not accurate. There is not 4 bunk beds in the bunk room there is one bunk bed and a love seat. The pool table is in such a small area you can not use regular pool sticks you have to use short pool sticks. All the pictures online are stretched to make everything appear much larger than it is. There is 2 queen beds and a full size bed, a bunk bed which are full size, on the main floor, and a full size pull out couch in the loft area upstairs and a king in the master upstairs. All rooms are 80° or higher because the AC cannot be set below 73° there is a small fan and a box fan and ceiling fans in all room but the bunk room which is extremely hot especially at night. The house had multiple issues upon arrival which i called about monday morning and was told the property manager would be contacted and they never contacted me back even after mulitiple emails and calls all week!!! The dishwasher did not work it threw a code, there was cockroaches even in the bed, two people got spider bit while sleeping, the pool inclosure screen was ripped in several places and bugs were all in the pool area, something made a nest in the pool area, grass was growing up in the cracks of the pool concrete, the master bath shower doesn't work properly, there is black mildew on the vent in the master bath, the living room couch is broken down, the refrigerator drawer is broken, the beds are just a peice of foam on a board and very uncomfortable, the kayaks are just hulls no seats, there was beach toys and floats and umbrella but they were all broken and the floats all had holes in them, we had 9 people it says it is up to 12 but you have to pay an additional $20 per person per night over 6. They also only had one towel and wash rag per person in the bathrooms which means you have to wash towels everytime you shower. We found some extra toels and used them giving us 2 per person at least. While there 3 different people just showed up on the property without us knowing who they were. One guy was spraying chemicles in the yard where our small children were playing, another guy just showed up docking a boat and was in the driveway when we got back from the beach and told us he knew the owner and he woukd be back the next day to get his boat! Ummmm, first rude second stranger at the house we rented i dont know if he knows the owner! I also dont know if he went in the house or not this pissed me off highly n this happened 2nd time.

Great location but several issues

Upon arrival late in the evening, all beds had hair, sand, or other signs of use. Extra bedding for the king bed was not supplied in house. Bed spread smelled of urine in one room and one shower curtain had mold growing down it. We requested fresh sheets but did not receive them until the next day and the on call manager stopped responding. We were told we would need to wash the bed spreads ourselves and we were supplied a few packs of detergent to clean with. Silverware was stuck together with dried food as well as several utensils with visible food caked on. We also found a dirty plate in the cabinet. There was one dead and two live roaches in the kitchen, and we were told they just find their way in. Saw several more live roaches when opening the garage door. The pest control worker sprayed the exterior of the house while we were there. When cleaners came the next day to bring sheets for two beds, we were shown cleaning supplies but no one offered to clean anything. As a result, we spent the first day cleaning the house. The washing machine sounded like it had loose parts and could be heard throughout the house. We declined a repairman due to our need to clean bedding and other items. There was a noticeable pile of chlorine granules in the hot tub, but we declined to use it. From the pictures, we assumed the boat lift was available, however it was occupied by another boat upon arrival so we tied up to the dock and we were unable to use dock lighting. Only one of the kitchen lights was working, and the property managers did not respond to our message so we found one bulb on property and bought another pack to fix it ourselves. When the pool maintenance worker stopped in he offered to look at the kitchen but we had already fixed it. We enjoyed the pool table but it is difficult to use due to lack of space. One of the dock chairs was rusted out and broke when someone sat down. We enjoyed sitting on the dock and using the kayaks, although one of the oars broke when we went to use it. Some things are expected to age and need replacement so that was fine, but it appeared to need some minor upkeep and cleaning necessities addressed. However, the decor was beautiful and the lighting was very nice. Quick access through the canal was convenient and made the house desirable. The kayak dock was very convenient for all users. The house layout is open and very family friendly. The skylight above the master bed inevitably woke us up at dawn.

Awesome!!

Loved the home, the pool and hot tub, the kayaks and how close it was to restaurants and outside bars and music at the condo facility down the road. Would recommend this home and area to anyone looking to stay in Cape Coral. We fished off the dock, rented pontoon boats, and it was a short drive to Fort Myers beach for the day.

Everything was as advertised! Property was great for all my baseball teammates that stayed there for the week! Had some issues with the internet but iris took care of it right away! Only issue was we could of used more blankets and towels. Other than that it was a beautiful property and we would definitely rent it again!!
