This beautifully appointed, modern and spacious loft style 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in one of the quietest and most comfortable communities in Surfside will be one you want to return to! No expense has been spared in making this 1150 square foot condo as luxe as possible.

Eat in kitchen is fully equipped for the chef in your family to whip up something special for the whole family. Or simply step outside poolside and grill up some local catch from Murrells Inlet, the seafood capital of SC!

The Space:
Gorgeous loft style 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Eat in kitchen with nice deck to enjoy breakfast and coffee outside that overlooks the pool and grilling areas. Located in Surfside Beach's Golf Colony, you will be only 1.5 miles from the Surfside Beaches and nearby local attractions! For an adventurous stay, rent a gas powered golf cart and you can access the beaches in Surfside as well as some restaurants and shopping all via golf cart.

Guest Access:
You will have sole access to almost 1200 sf. of luxury space comfortable for up 5.

The Neighborhood:
Golf Colony Deerfield is an ideally located, quiet and comfortable resort in the heart of Surfside Beach and very close to so much the South Strand has to offer. Just 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access, you will be almost anywhere on the South Strand in under 15 minutes! Getting Around:
Just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25. You can rent a gas powered golf cart to get around during your stay if you don't plan on going super far and there is access to get to amenities by golf cart during the day. Please no electric carts as there aren't charging stations.

Very happy with this beautiful condo

This condo is so beautiful and the property manager Barrett was helpful with anything needed. For us the master bed was just to small. It says queen but very tiny seemed like a full. And mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Very hard. So me and my fiancé had to rotate sleeping on the couch. 😭 otherwise with is just the most beautiful condo you will just love it. There also should be 2 pool Keys. That was hard to juggle with 4 people. Still highly recommend this condo these were just my issues.
