Located within a short leisurely walk to the front bay beaches and a short 3 min drive to shops and cafes. This home offers the perfect jumping off point for your families adventures around the Peninsula.

A quick 10 mins drive and you'll find some of the award winning attractions the Peninsula hinterland has on offer - The Arthurs Seat Eagle Chairlift/The Enchanted Maze and Sunny Ridge Strawberry Farm, not to mention the numerous wineries and cellar doors the Peninsula is so well known for.

While being compact in size, this newly renovated home provides enough space for all the family to enjoy. With an open plan living, kitchen and dining area leading to two large bedrooms and family bathroom.

Pre-Christmas holiday stay

Owners have made an effort to make an old small house very appealing and functional. Needs a bit of improvement around the backyard area for shade, but very comfortable and well equipped holiday house.

Property was a two minute drive to town and beach. Thought towels and linen should have been provided for this price.

Its close to many things u can do in dromana

First its nice house , clean and gd location . 10-15 min u can do many things there not just for beach like back beach rd in Sorrento , adventure garden , pick strawberry and berries and much more u can do there. And if u have any question or problem the owner Suzanne answers very quick.
