The house is in a prime location. Only two miles from Downtown Gilbert. There are restaurants, bars, malls, gyms, parks and theaters are within a 1-5 mile radius. So many things to do around the area which makes it a very convenient location. The house is fully upgraded, it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All the beds are queen size. Its also about 1400 square feet. The outdoor area has furniture and a TV. All the TVs run on the Firestick.

April Visit

The Home is new, comfortable and ideally located. Jose was readily available when needed and our stay was very enjoyable. We will be renting this home again soon.

Our golf group used this house to play courses throughout the Phoenix area. It was clean, had all the necessities and was in a great location close to many restaurants.

Great location and comfortable home!

Came for Cubs Spring Training. Central location to several hiking areas and Sloan Park. Home allowed for spending time together inside and on the patio, along with individual bedrooms. Jose was very easy to communicate with and responsive to inquiries.

Nice House. Good Location.

Nice quiet neighborhood about a 5 minute drive from downtown Gilbert where there are restaurants and shopping. Beds and furniture were good quality. Plenty of options for streaming on the flatscreen TV's in the main room and both bedrooms. Having the garage to park in was a nice option. House has enough pots/ utensils ect. to cook in if you want. Owner was always quick to respond to any questions.

Perfect Stay

The house was perfect for our needs. Everything was exceptionally clean, and as described. Jose was also excellent. His communication and flexibility were fantastic. Couldn't have asked for more.
