The Winemakers House - Agde, France <br>Perfect for summer and winter holidays<br>


The beautiful, newly renovated Winemakers House is in old Agde and has 2 double rooms and a twin bedroom with individual air conditioning/heating in every room. It has an en-suite in the master bedroom, a spacious shower room in the court yard for when you return from the beach and a general shower bathroom giving a total of 3 shower/bathrooms. The Winemakers House is an old house renovated with a modern twist but preserving its unique original features - enchanting and elegant.

In addition the TGV stops at Agde central station which is just a 5 min walk from the house and one can use Eurostar via Paris to get to Agde. Alternatively, Ryanair comes into Beziers Airport and from there it’s just a 15mins taxi or bus ride from the airport to the house and flights to this destination are super cheap all year round. Easyjet flies to Montpellier which is an hours drive away.

One can also easily drive to Agde from all parts of Europe as there are good motorway connections nearby (10.5 hours driving time from Calais).

Adge is truly a beautiful historic town first founded by the ancient Greeks. The black volcanic stone is unique. On Thursdays there is a magnificent market selling flowers, home made soaps, french cheese, fruit & vegetables and all sorts of wares - frequented by locals as well as visitors it’s an amazing market.

The Winemakers House is in the perfect location for both a quiet relaxing holiday or a more energetic holiday or a bit of both.

The Winemakers House sleeps 6 + a baby in 2 large double bedrooms and 1 large twin bedroom.

Characterful and stylish house

A tastefully modernised house in the old town of Agde, with modern kitchen appliances and excellent air conditioning. Well located for the shops and restaurants of the old town. Well suited to a holiday without hiring a car, as it is in easy taxi distance from Beziers airport, walking distance from Agde railway station and also walking distance from buses to the beach areas. Agde hosts an extensive market on Thursdays. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Lovely centrally located townhouse

Lovely townhouse very centrally located in Agde. Really appreciated the layout with large bedrooms with air conditioning and a lovely outdoor area and elevated terrace. Street parking worked out well. The house is in excellent condition newly refurbished with all amenities. Thanx for having us and a special thanx to Cedric for welcoming us ☀️

Maison de caractère sur centre ville d'Agde

Nous avons passé un bon moment en famille dans cette maison ancienne du centre ville d'Agde, rénovée avec beaucoup de charme. On a apprécié la climatisation et le confort donné par la cour intérieure sécurisée pour les enfants. Petit bémol pour l'absence du place de parking dédiée comme prévu et la propreté.

Wir haben zu fünft unsere Sommerferien in diesem geschmackvoll renovierten Ferienhaus in Agde verbracht. Bei Ankunft wirkte es bei der Übergabe der Schlüssel durch die Verwalterin sauber. Die Küche bietet dank seiner Freiflächen viel Potential für eventuelles Kochgeschirr oder Besteck; Gläser waren zahlreich vorhanden. Warmes Wasser und Beleuchtung funktionierten einwandfrei. Bei anderweitigen Problemen erhielten wir bemühte und im Wortlaut freundlich klingende Rückmeldungen. Das Languedoc bietet viele schöne Orte, die zu unbeschwerten Aufenthalten einladen. Wir können die Gegend nur empfehlen.

Winemaker House in Agde

Das Winemaker House in Agde ist ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Stadthaus. Inmitten der Altstadt von Agde, die eigentlich alles zu bieten hat, was man als Urlauber benötigt. Donnerstags und Sonntags ist Markt. Die Objektbilder sind realistisch. Das Haus ist voll klimatisiert, was bei 36 Grad im Sommer, sehr angenehm ist. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Herd mit Backofen, großer Kühlschrank, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, Wasserkocher, alles vorhanden. Die 3 Bäder sind modern und sauber. Die Betten/Matratzen sind sehr angenehm. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr einladend und außergewöhnlich schön gestaltet. Grill, Außendusche, Schaukeln, Hochterrasse mit Loungemöbeln und Sonnenschirm. Auto muss leider ca. 100 m entfernt auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz abgestellt werden, was bei einem Stadthaus aber vertretbar ist. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin und der Hausmanagerin vor Ort ist unkompliziert und als sehr positiv zu bewerten. Fazit, sehr empfehlenswert, gerne wieder!!!

Maison agréable et tout confort pour un séjour détente en famille, bien équipé en électroménager, 3 salle de bain, une cour avec 2 balançoires et une terrasse pour se reposer. Quartier tranquille proximité de plusieurs commerces. Accueil agréable
