In the highly desirable Signature 500 Building windows along the entire east side of the condo allow for plenty of natural sunlight and views of the sunrise over the Atlantic. Walk to the beach, pools, clubhouse, restaurant, fitness center and more in just minutes!

Designer furnishings throughout make this property feel like a home away from home. The chef's kitchen is a delight with granite throughout complimenting 42" cabinetry. The breakfast nook is a tremendous spot to whale watch and sip your morning coffee or grab a snack.

The Primary King Suite features a 4-poster king bed and enormous master bath complete with whirlpool tub and walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms are down the hall - with Queen Suite with private full bath and two comfy doubles in the third guest room with another full bath just across the hall.

We also manage Units in the same building for extended family or extra guests.

Great place

Very clean and beautiful place we enjoyed watching people golf and watching the waves from the balcony. Would highly recommend this for a family as the place was a lot bigger than we thought.

We've stayed here several times. This time, we rented two units for a small family reunion after the unexpected passing of my younger brother. As usual, the unit was spotless, the location was beautiful, and the amenities are wonderful.

Great place to stay!

Perfect place to stay, we enjoyed our time. Only thing I would suggest is for the furniture to be updated, two of the blue chairs in living room were starting to break. Shower heads may need replaced in two of the bathrooms.

The entire area is beautiful as well as this condo. We loved this corner unit with wonderful views of the ocean/beach & golf course. The door to balcony is extremely hard to open & close. The living room sofa should be replaced. Loved the other decor.

When we arrived, we were blown away by this lovely condo. It exceeded our expectations get for our week's getaway just South of Saint Augustine. The views from the expansive balcony overlooking the beach offered lovely sunrises over the ocean, and bird watching all throughout the day, The condo location was convenient to St. Augustine activities in general, and, more specifically, the beach as well as the pools. Furthermore, the neighborhood in which it was situated was safe and walkable. Our family will certainly return to this family friendly beach.

Nice condo with great biew

Very nice condo. You need to bring your own beach towels. Also be aware the patio furniture wobble and make noise from being moved by the wind that can be heard in the master bedroom at night.

Cinnamon Beach Getaway

What a wonderful vacation. The condo exceeded our expectations! The ocean view was in almost every window. The lanai had a spectacular view of the ocean and golf course! We spent most of our time there! The beach is just a short walk from the unit. The unit decor was tastefully eclectic, yet comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with many items for cooking. The unit was clean and maintained. My only negative comment is that we had to leave! I look forward to coming back!

Property was not clean at all. Dog hair all over furniture, lots of sand and sticky floor in kitchen. Furniture had tears in it. Bathroom hand towels were stained and outside was very dirty (needed a power wash). Also, master bedroom had many stains throughout the carpet

Great unit, horrible experience due to management company

I'll preface my review that the unit was well appointed, very clean, and met our needs well. Our March vacation experience was tarnished by the incompetent management company. We originally reserved an ocean front view unit in early January and paid the full contract amount by early February. One week prior to our vacation, the management company informed us the original unit was no longer available and offered another unit which was a slight downgrade from the original reservation. We accepted that. Upon arrival, resort security could not locate our reservation and would not let us into the resort. After finally gaining access to the resort we went to the replacement unit, used the access code provided, and much to our embarassment upon entering were confronted by a renter that was already in the replacement unit. We left the replacement unit, contacted the managtement company and were offered a third unit which was not comparable to our original reservation. We were forced to accept this alternative because we didn't have other options. The management company did not offer an apology, refund, or any compensation for our embarassment and inconvenience. Only after contacting the management company after our stay and demanding an accounting of the difference in rental rates did the management company agree to refund us the $900 difference in the rentals. As of this review, it's been two weeks since our stay and we have not yet received our refund. But again, the unit is nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Initially the unit appeared quite clean but as the days went by issues were identified. The dishwasher was broken and had been for some time but hadn’t been reported. The shower rod in one of the bathrooms was broken, someone had attempted repair using bright yellow tape making it useless. It fell on the first day. The dryer exhaust was blocked, results in extended drying time 2-3 times. The dryer and shower rod was addressed during our stay. These issues had not been identified previously by housekeeping. Dirty underwear found under bed, soda can under couch, table edge has dried gunk in various places and needs a through cleaning. Both recliner chairs have wonky legs folding underneath the chair and looks like an accident waiting to happen. Four slice toaster only works on left side thus 2 slices. I forgot to mention this previously. Otherwise the view was great and the beds slept well. Well supplied kitchen plenty of linens and towels.

The unit is very well stocked for a family and very comfortable and beautiful!The views are simply fantastic and just down the stairs is the walkway over to the beach! The beach was not crowded it was lovely!We chose the Atlantic this time because we want to bigger waves and we enjoyed the boogie boarding so much! Be sure to bring water shoes where is there is some coral right at the beginning of the shore. One day I even found a natural tub to sit in made of coral rocks!We enjoyed the grill at the resort club several times the best mahi sandwich that I have ever had ever!
