The Space:
The "Greystone Home" is quality at its best! You can expect to arrive at a fully equipped, top notch, inviting home that will provide all the comforts you would expect of a perfect place to stay! The owners have gone above and beyond to prepare this fabulous, fully remodeled retreat with you in mind! The open floor plan provides the opportunity to socialize and mingle anywhere, whether you're in the amazing kitchen, sitting at the large table for 8 in the dining room, or relaxing in the upscale furnishings in the main living area! Off of the kitchen is a den/multi-purpose place to sit and enjoy the ambiance of the electric fireplace. This is a perfect place to cozy up with a good book or be involved in the conversations happening in the kitchen. The large kitchen island with four bar stools provides even more counter-space, a great place to sit and visit, or as a breakfast bar while getting the kids ready for the daily adventure! The additional family/entertainment room will likely be the spot you end up watching a movie while you kick your feet up on the reclining sofa! This room also includes fun activities for kids of all ages. The surround sound wired to the large 60" smart TV, board games, Xbox 360, and Nintendo Wii are exciting things to keep the whole group entertained! MAIN LIVING ROOM: This is where you enter through the front door and includes, stylish décor, soft seating with updated furnishings, and is open to the kitchen/dining room.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed, updated and amazing, plenty of counter-space, large kitchen island w/ 4 bar stools, dining table has room for 8, and a 12 cup coffee maker (Grounds, filters, sugar provided).
DEN/MULTI-USE: electric fireplace w/multiple settings, premium furniture w/seating for 5 including 2 swivel chairs, and light and bright colors.
ENTERTAINMENT ROOM: reclining sofas, board games, video games, and a 60" Smart TV. This is a LOT OF FUN!!!
LAUNDRY ROOM: full size washer and dryer (soap, dryer sheets, and bleach included) this space features a large area with room for folding and separating.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
PRIMARY BEDROOM: King size sleep number bed (adjust the firmness, sleeps 2), quality bedding, desk (great for work or vanity), bedside lighting, and attached full bathroom.
BEDROOM TWO: premium Queen size bed (sleeps 2), quality bedding, bedside lighting, and plenty of walking area.
BEDROOM THREE: 2 full size beds (One loft bed with a regular height bed underneath, sleeps 4), quality bedding, and lots of room.
BEDROOM FOUR: Twin over full bunk bed (Sleeps 3), desk/workspace, quality bedding, bean bag for sitting, and tons of room.
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS: Four twin size air beds and the blue chair in the living room folds to a twin size.

MASTER BATHROOM: walk-in shower with a luxury shower feature that includes four different settings (instructions to use are in the property), premium towels, hand towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soaps, and make-up wipes.
BATHROOM 2: walk-in shower with a luxury shower feature that includes four different settings (instructions to use are in the property), premium towels, hand towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soaps, and make-up wipes.
BATHROOM 3: features all the amenities mentioned before but also features an amazing soaking tub.

Iron/ironing board, cleaning products for use, hand soaps, plenty of kitchen, bath and additional towels, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, extra blankets, small appliances in kitchen such as crock-pot and blender.

Guest Access:
OUTDOOR SPACE:
Large back yard, patio space w/outdoor furniture, gas grill, very well manicured, and plenty of outdoor lighting. This is a really nice space for enjoying time with your group, reading a book, or just catching some rays!

Other Things to Note:
Leading into the property, there are a few steps to get up to the front door. This may be difficult for people of limited mobility. For further questions, reach out by sending us a message and we will help in any way.

The door lock is a Schlage Encode and will be programmed with a unique code for your entire stay for added security. we never reuse the same code. The house is fully automated through Nest. There is a Nest Thermostat (which goes into Eco friendly mode when you leave the house), Nest Security system (so we know if unwanted visitors try to visit while nobody is renting, you don't have to use it if you don't want to), a Nest outdoor camera at the front door, and Nest smoke detectors/carbon monoxide detectors that will let us know if there is a problem with the house.

**This property is NOT pet friendly. There will be fines imposed for any evidence of unauthorized pets.
**Freedom complies with all ADA regulations and welcomes Registered Service Animals. ESA's (Emotional Support Animals) are not allowed at this property.
**Registered Service Animal requirements: 1 - The registered service animal may not be left alone in/around the property. 2 - The registered service animal must be on a leash when outside. 3 - Owners are required to pick up all pet waste.
