Hello and welcome to this light, bright Santa Monica 3 BR, 2 BA Home with a Gorgeous, recently renovated, high ceilinged, brand new open kitchen with dining area and bar. Thoughtful, clean design with modern art. Central air throughout. Large grassy, fenced in backyard perfect for kids and dogs. Live the Santa Monica lifestyle - walk, bike or scooter to the beach, Main Street, Ocean Park Blvd, Rose Ave. Dogs and kids welcome! :)

LOCATION: Easy access to Ocean Park Blvd (Thyme Cafe, Ghisallo Pizza, Layla Bagels), Main Street, Abbot Kinney Blvd and Rose Ave. Marine Park is walkable, about 7 blocks away with a playground, large field, tennis courts and basketball courts. The house is about 12-blocks to the Santa Monica beach and its biking/walking path. DOGS WELCOME: Backyard is fully fenced in for dogs and kids! Doggie door in living room lets small dogs go in and out as they please.

A few things to note:

-- For those with smaller children: please note that the downstairs bedrooms and the upstairs bedroom are on separate floors and opposite sides of the house. Previous guests have used baby monitors. Also, one of the downstairs bedrooms overlooks the front yard.

-- There is no bathroom upstairs. The bathroom for the upstairs bedroom is at the bottom of the stairs.
