The Ocean Outlook is a stunning coastal holiday home located in a prime tourist hot spot, just a two-minute stroll from the beautiful Fitzroy swimming beach. With easy access to the Scenic Coastal Walkway, guests can enjoy swimming, surfing, or windsurfing at the nearby beaches. The Coastal Walkway also connects you to local arts, culture, and shopping, making it an ideal location for a memorable getaway.



Elevated to capture all-day sun and breathtaking blue water views, this property combines quality with total comfort. The soft beachy vibe creates a relaxing atmosphere, and the open-plan living area flows out to a sun-drenched deck, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine while watching local surfers. The stylish, well-equipped kitchen features a coffee machine for your morning latte, or you can stroll down to the beach in summer for a coffee at one of the pop-up spots along the walkway.

Bookings exceeding 10 days will incur an extra mid-term cleaning and linen fee every seven days. If you use a hair dryer, please bring one, as they are not supplied.

Located in a quiet neighborhood close to the CBD and Fitzroy village shops. Walk to town along the walkway or catch a bus along Devon Street
