***Note: Upstairs bathroom is a full bathroom but with authentic historical 1892 iron claw foot tub and handheld showerhead w/ limited standing room for a taller adult in shower.

There is plenty of outdoor space with off street parking, huge driveway, basketball hoop, backyard fire pit and a large front porch with seating.

Everything was provided!

Wonderful stay. So well equipped from strollers and toys to pool table and music system. Kitchen was spacious and modern with everything we needed for several large family meals. The ‘old house’ charm and quirkiness added to the fun. The two bathrooms sufficed and the upstairs clawfoot tub with handheld was great for the littles. Another shower in addition to the one downstairs would help for the adults. Location is prime while being away from downtown noise at night. Everyone agreed we would enjoy another stay!

We came to Charlevoix for our daughter’s wedding at Castle Farms. The Garfield was a perfect location. We also enjoyed the character and cleanliness of the house. Joseph was great at responding to our questions once we arrived. Highly recommend this home!
